Andrea, I madly love the NARS tinted moisturizer and have used it for years. Before that, I always used either the Laura Mercier or Trish McEvoy even skin. I think the NARS is everything that you said it is. It looks gorgeous on you too!
I'm currently trying three of those tinted moisturizers. I bought the trial size and got a sample for the Nars. My take is this, the It cosmetics is way too heavy for my liking. It just feels like foundation and that's one of the number one criticisms I've seen from others as well. The Nars is really nice and less heavy than the It cosmetics but still heavier than the Laura Mercier. Really like the Laura Mercier even though the shades are very strange. The coverage is very very light but applied with a brush leaves a nice dewy finish. If anyone is interested in something much cheaper but very comparable to any of these, try the Wet n wild tinted Hydrator. Only 5 dollars and highly popular because it simply does the job.
I absolutely love tinted moisturizer’s too!! They are just perfect coverage and consistency. I literally went out and bought just about every tinted moisturizer that’s hot right now lol. Laura Mercier, Nars, Chanel, Urban Decay, Saie, etc etc… yea it’s a problem lol.
When you post the products listed I wish I could click on the one I really want to hear about! In case I don’t have time to listen to all the recommendations. Thanks!
I am a huge fan of the IT cosmetic tinted moisturizer. Covers so nicely and lasts so long. It’s amazing. I do want to try Nars as well as others you suggested. Thank you!
I've been using the Nars Pure Radiant TM for maybe ten years? And I love it. Every time I deviate I always end up going back to it. I love that it mixes really easily with moisturizer so I can make it even less pigmented if I want. It lasts a really long time on me, too. A+.
I’ve just started using tinted moisturiser DRMTLGY spf 46 anti aging absolutely brilliant try it. I’m 60 and have tried most this is far the best so far and affordable. Lasts for ages. Anything less than spf 30 is not effective.
Andrea thanks for the honest review … I have to say the CC from it for me is the BEST and it’s what I use on a daily. When it’s time for me to wear a foundation which I don’t need cause I have real good skin & I take care of it … I use Osmosis foundation. It’s good for the skin & it’s the same coverage as the IT CC cream but has more lasting time & it’s just as moisturizing & I manage in the restaurant industry so if it can withstand that environment says a lot about the brand.
These are so lovely. The key is getting your skin in shape so your canvas is smooth and flawless. At 55 I wear no foundation or concealer and I only use sunscreen with a hint of iron oxide. I like to keep my moisturizer separate( food for your skin.) Thank You for helping everyone to be their best. 🍑🧡🙌🏻Lisa

Went into ulta the other day and hand swatched Laura mercier tinted moisturizer, urban decay hydromaniac, fenty eaze drops, it cc cream, and bareminerals complexion rescue…. By far the silkiest smoothest look with best colors was Laura mercier!! I know it’s not a hot trendy brand but jeez I wish I could afford this tinted moisturizer. Better for smoothing textured/creased skin than the others by far. (Except It Cc cream is also my go to but it’s a full coverage foundation not a tint)
@@FR-oz9px thanks for that I agree its not enough on its own as I have pigmentation and use Retinol and Azelaic acid so don't mind adding more layers of sun protection not sure if it really helps .
I wish I had found this earlier today! I was researching BB creams and ordered Lancome’s Skin So Good (something to that effect). I have tried the Chantecaille Just Skin Tinted Moisturizer since Christmas but also don’t have the correct shade and am not loving it. As I’ve gotten older (late-30s) I’m so tired of heavy foundations (go to Double Wear). I appreciate this video!
Love this video Ali. To sheer It cosmetics CC cream or any Full cover foundation I apply foundation to back of my hand then spray fix plus from Mac to my brush dip and apply. Saves me carrying too many foundations in my kit!
Thanks a lot for the great recommandations - absolutely adore the it cosmetics cc cream for about 5y now. I was so happy when finally we could find it in France. For the people struggling with its use in the comments I think a little goes a loongg way so it’s good to start with little product and build up where needed / I still put a bit of light moisturizer before.
Can you do a review on Ilia products? More specifically, the serum foundation and tinted moisturizer? I have been wanting to try them but have been debating & I’d love to hear your thoughts and opinions on them. :)
I love me a Laura Mercier tinted moisturiser. live in a tropical country and I love using tinted moisturisers, I feel it’s giving me the “coverage” I need without feeling too heavy on the skin. I’ll give your suggestion to lessen the skincare a try 👌
Thank you for sharing this video. I was trying to look for a good tinted moisturizer and you gave me some good options, I greatly appreciate it thank you for all your wonderful videos.
Thanks Andreea!! Based on your review I got the YSL “foundation” and it feels so perfect for the hot summer weather!! Would love to hear your thoughts on CHANEL products one day, such as the Vitalumiere Aqua, CC creme, etc! Am a really big fan of all your videos. 🙏🏻❤️
with the Chantecaille, what I like to do is mix two shades. I generally do not like mixing foundations, but this has a very practical tube, so I don't mind, as it's not messy at all. yes, the initial investment is even pricier for two shades as opposed to one that's already pricey, but you do get twice as much product as well (which you are going to use). also, generally, this would be out of my price range, but I indulged myself and do not regret it one bit, because it really is amazing and I don't think I have ever come across a cheaper product that would do as amazing a job as this does (and I've tried quite a few). In fact, I also bought their pot foundation (which is a bit more messy, but my trick is to put just a bit of it in a small travel pot for creams, and again, I put two shades in one and mix them, which makes it hassle-free) and that one is amazing as well (a bit sheerer than the tube one. I love complexion products that blur and even out the complexion and yet do not look cakey or even detectable at first sight).
Hi. Your skin color is the same as most of us, I buy the products you use without hesitation. But I never tan. I would be very pleased if you specify the products you use in accordance with the real skin color. Thank you 🙏🏻☺️
I have rosacea and I found the IT CC cream didn't do anything at all in covering it. Maybe the It CC+ is better? Other than maybe pancake make up, I have never found a foundation, liquid or powder, that covered the redness in my skin. Which is why I never use blush. Love your videos
Hey, what about KVD portrait foundation ? It's watery liquid and you don't need a brush just use your hands to apply and OMG, the result is like having foundation on. I only use this one on summer because it's oil free with SOOOOO much coverage. Please do a review on this foundation Andreea !!!!!!!!
I have the it cream. Amazing cover on the cheeks, nice fell and spf - but bad looking on the T zone (combination skin). It just sits there in the pores, not covering the skin around it. Was really disappointed because I thought it could be an everyday product. Maybe it’s not for older skin.
Hi Andrea. You look absolutely gorgeous as always! Thanks for sharing the tinted moisturizer. At 63 though I kind of think I need more coverage than that. Maybe it is something I could try for like a Saturday morning look. It sure looked fabulous on you. You just glowed! 💝💝💝💝💝💝

Andreea quick question. Can i contour or powder on top of the tinted moisturizer? I mean would it last? I feel like my contour, powder or any other product doesn't last when i use tinted moisturizer. What can I do about it? Much love ❤️💖💜💛💚✨✨💝💕💓
I porsonally do all the other steps like contour and powder even if I am wearing a tinted moisturizer. On my skin foundation or tinted moisturizer starts to break in the middle of the face around the nose IF I don't powder it.
