Someone upgraded their camera....NICE!!!
Hah yeah thanks. I was starting to look pretty dated with the old setup. Hope it helps! 🥃
I thought it was a moisturiser upgrade 😂
I wanted to buy something I’ve never had and bought Craigellachie 13 Year. My first impressions were mixed. Then having a pour from time to time I came to think it’s fantastic. Maybe it’s the whisky the made the biggest impression on me, and became one of my favorites. Thanks for including the shot of all the bottles and interesting video.
Craigellachie 13 gets better and better after every pour. Truly a hidden gem
Just love the Glenturret 12, it would be my whisky of the year 2023; but the one that really impressed me ( & its a cheapie ) was the Benriach 10 (unpeated) and just how good it is for the price.
Another great video. Kinda surprised the Bunna 12 CS 2022 didnt make it!
Me too! 🥃
That was mine last year!
My top 5 i tried/own this year
1-Springbank 12 2017 56.5%
2-Cadenhead's Glenburgie-Glenlivet 12 year old Ruby Port
3-Glenlivet 15 Single Cask
4-Glengoyne Tea pot dram 09
5-Found North Cask Strength Batch 8
6-Frey Ranch Farm Strength Uncut
tied for 6
-longrow 15 pinot noir
-Barrell Craft Seagrass
-Ballechin 19 Madeira matured
-Barrell Craft Seagrass 16 year (below regular Seagrass
-Old Forester Single Barrel K&l pick
-Longrow Tawny port
Damn great picks. I really need to get my hands on a Teapot Dram. I'm hearing a lot of good things about that Found North stuff as well. Sadly not likely to ever find it out here. Cheers buddy. 🥃
Fun list. Good video.
Kilkerran 16y is 90euro in Sweden not so bad this days.
My whisky of the year is probably Bunnahabhain 1980 36y one of the best whisky i ever tried😋😋
Damn that's a great price for Kilkerran. Just shy of double that price here. That Bunna sounds incredible. Cheers! 🥃
Didn't expect the Port Charlotte to be number 1, but I totally agree.
My favorite whisky of 2023 is Kilchoman Fino Sherry cask.
Love the new setup and interesting picks for the top fi...ne whiskys. ( See what I did there 😏)
I haven't been called attractive in a long time...that felt good... you know...marriage....😂
Seriously though,
I think my top 3 whisks of the year are gonna be whiskys that I tried for the first time this year and blew my mind. So here we go:
-Ardnamurchan AD
-Glenturret 12
-Springbank 15
My guess is your whisky of the maybe... Laphroaig? 😆🥃
Slainte my friend! Thanks for the great list!
Haha thanks for supporting and contributing to this one my friend. Couldn't do this without folks like you. Laphroaig... 😂😂😂
Kilkerran 16 fantastic
Oban 18 perfect
Greenspot Leoville Barton terrific high abv greenspot
Balblair 15 solid
Speyburn 18 solid
Amazing to see so much support ❤
Got my hand on an AD CS 05.23 and it's amazing, I love that you can check the batch thru the QR on the bottle too.
I am a fun of peaty whisky, especially Islay but the whisky of 2023 for me is Glen Scotia 15 which I discovered just this year. Will try to discover more from Campbeltown in 2024
New setup…fancy!
My best whiskeys I’ve tried this year is:
3. Dunvilles 12 PX Cask
2. GS Victoriana
1. Glenmorangie Elanta
Managed to get my hands on Springbank 10 - it does stand up to the hype. Compass Box Flaming Heart was very enjoyable as has been a Berry Bros bottling for Royal Mile Whiskies of a 2015 Williamson (aka Leapfrog). Bought lots to sample over the year end! Still not found my Brora replacement….
On the Scotch side, this year I had my first Ardnamurchan, the AD, and my first Bladnoch, the Vinaya. Thoroughly impressed with both! Gun to my head, I would probably choose Bladnoch as my whisky of the year, but there’s days when Ardnamurchan is just amazing. On the local single malt market I really liked the Westland Peated. Kind of expensive at $80, but now I’m dreaming about getting one of their Garryana releases (about $150!). Which brings me to my question: a few weeks ago I noticed a bottle of Westland on your shelf, and now I saw the Balcones Lineage. So? What did you think? I really liked Balcones whisky a few years ago, but this is Texas whisky, it’s very punchy, very “in your face “ kind of flavor. If I were to guess, I’d say it’s not your type of flavor .
Hi Geoff, totally get the vote on port Charlotte 10, probably one of the best priced in my market and an excellent malt, always got a bottle at home and. Slàinte Geoff
Yeah totally agree. Love the stuff, even of it's a bit predictable. Cheers David! 🥃
Glad you mustered the will to rotate a whole 90 degrees to show off the collection to everyone. /s
My favorite Scotch of 2023 was the Ardnamurchan Ardnamerica release, and 2nd best was SMS Craigellachie 11.
Thanks for the great content Geoff.
Nice one again G! Springbank 15 for me sir. Right from the neck pour and it’s still morphing!
My whiskey of the year is Corryvreckan Ardbeg !
And I would say you would extremely appreciate the Royal Brackla 12 for this year
Wolfburn langskip is my whisky of the year. The neck pour was really good and it just evolved the further down the bottle i got! Also Port Charlotte 10 is a great shout.
I've only sampled it but I agree, it's really good! 🥃
My Whisky of the year is the Benromach 15. For me is a substuition or a conbination of Springbank malty funk and Bowmore's peated sherry. Plus their stuff are budget friendly, as least from my Asia region.
Love that stuff. My favourite Benromach. 🥃
The only thing more luxurious than your velvety voice is the velvety blue T-shirt you're wearing in this video. It compliments the Purple Rain album cover backdrop perfectly. Just please don't change your name to some weird symbol.
Really interesting list, and your patrons have selected many whiskies I haven't tried yet. I spied that Balcones Lineage on your shelf. Pretty good stuff for $35 where I am.
I don't really have a whisky of the year. My collection is so 2022. I think the most memorable was a bottle of Lindores. It's really delicious for young whisky, and I can't wait to try more mature releases down the road.
Great vid as always! Cheers🥃
If there's one thing I've learned in life, it's that people respect velvet t-shirts. Mine's cotton.
And yeah, that Balcones is great stuff for the price. Cheers buddy! 🥃
Great picks! You picked probably all the ones I would have. Oban 10 is a great dram!
Nice! 🥃
Nice list. I'm guessing the your WOTY will be a great value pick: Bunna 12 Cask Strength, Ledaig Rioja or Ardnamurchan Cask Strength.
I'm totally with your patrons on this. PC10 blew me away this year. As for the 2nd spot, I'm still torn between Kilchoman Machir Bay and Sanaig. Your new setup is great by the way. Can't wait for the rest of December content. Cheers!
Perhaps the Kilchoman Sanaig for Peat + Sherry.
Both Kilchoman is young (4-5 year) and Machir Bay is a similar profile to PC 10.
So and so... The Sanaig (46%) will be if you had a "baby Ardbeg Uigedail" (at 56%).
Both Kilchoman MB & S have now some older stock in them I think. Be it as it may it's irrelevant really. To me it is anyway as they're both great drams. Not much time now left to decide which one comes on top.
Nice! Machir Bay doesn't get enough love! Thanks for the kind words, buddy! 🥃
Well said! The OLC is an incredible pour. Probably my favourite from the Cask Exploration series! 🥃
Best whisky I bought this year is the lakes infinity cask bit expensive but very good
I bought the benromach cask strength to try and find that springbank vibe.
That has been a very surprising whisky. It has a lot of flavours going on. Definitely has the industrial vibe and quite a sour finish.
Nothing tastes like it in the rest of my collection
Benromach CS is legendary stuff. 🥃
Again great video.
My dram of the year is the Bunnahabhain 12 Cask Strength (2022). So good.
The whisky I keep going back to is Ledaig 10 . . . must mean it's my No. 1
Well very good choices. Thanks 🙏 and enjoy 😊 the month and keep us smiling 😂 much needed. Ciao 👋 S.
I grabbed a bottle Kilkerran 16 for $130 CAD in Quebec! Relatively speaking, pretty great price if you ask me!
For me, by far, for 2023 it's a 15yo Inchfad from Carn Mor, with a pretty present Amontillado Sherry Finish 💯
Sounds incredible. 🥃
Fun list. Kilkerran 16 yo was only nz$126, which For the quality is amaizing value. Was the Oban 10 yo better than the previous 12yo? Love your mahi
That's a great price for Kilkerran. Considerably more here, unfortunately. As for the Oban, I think I like them both equally. The 2021 was more "bare bones," while the Amontillado casks added some interesting dimensions ot the 2022. Tough call, but both are excellent! 🥃
Good choice Geoff ! Port Charlotte 10 one of my favorite whiskeys ) Cheers !
I bought the oban 10 on sale (from a dutch site) for something like 86€. Tried it before (friend's collection) and absolutely fell in love with it. Was so happy to see it at ~86€
My surprise top whisky for 2023 was:
In the sampling of affordable daily dram options, I found Glen Scotia Double Cask.
In my market it’s cheap and it’s just a dependable rich flavoured delicious go-to.
Glen Scotia Double Cask is one of those solid bargain whiskies that just seems to fly below everyone's radar. It deserves a lot more love
Hi Geoff, great new lay out.
Your patrons have chosen wisely.
Your whisky of 2023 .... Surprise us
Well they're men and women of distinguished taste, wouldn't you agree? 😉
@@Gwhisky Of course we are, we are led by a true wizard of taste.
Awesome list 😊 I only have port Charlotte 10 from this list 😅
You touched on the timely factor in your brief, and mood too. I'm a Dailuaine man all day long, but special occasions (or just on your own) I always rely on Penderyn port cask finish - better than Bimber and Filey Bay port finishes. When I treat myself I go for a Daftmill 2006 (summer batch), Daftmill 2010 (summer batch), or the quite expensive Annandale (unpeated) Man O'Words; beautifu, but we're all different and appreciative of these islands' liquids...
I would say my favorite soo far this year, has to be the Ardnamurchan Tour Single Malt Cask Strength. WITHOUT DOUBT, a must buy( I had to buy two more bottles of it). On the palate, it reminds me of my aunties empanadas jelly jam(home recipe) with a thick coating of umami and sawdust cask flavor with it.
4. Johnny Walker Black - Goto whiskey for band practice with friends
3. Hibiki Harmony - Perfectly smooth and balanced. Surfing the web or watching a game
2. Ardbeg Corryvreckan - Great when sitting on the patio with a cigar
1. Lagavulin "Ink of Legends" special release 2023 - Very different for Lagavulin, almost looks like Tequila! Takes you to Islay with a sea breeze and hint of vanilla. Special occasions with family.
My pick: Kavalan Solist PX (best whiskey I EVER had).
Your pick will be: Bunnah 12 CS (2022). No brainer. My 2nd favorite whiskey of all time.
I’ve had the PC 10 and the OLC-01 2010. Both are so amazing. The only way I can describe the OLC is Subtle Refinement of the harmonization of Peat & Sherry!
Great new setup! That Macallan 18 cameo :'D
Thanks man. Still working on it but the show must go on! 🥃
Eeeeey the AD Sherry Cask made the list
Your Whisky Of The Year is Bladnoch 11 … or Jim Beam. One or the other, I think I crushed this one 👍🏻
Jim Beam. Busted. 😂😂😂
For me it was the Craigellachie 14 58,2% 2007-2022 Edition Spirits - First Editions that really blew me away
Hi there, I was before several months on a whisky festival here in Prague and I fall in love with one Irish bottle- Dunvilles 10 years old . I tried 10,12,20,21 and special release but the 10 years old was astonishing. Clearly the best for me for 2023 . Cheers
Hmmmmm…
In descending order:
5. Ledaig Rioja cask - better flavour than the 10, just lacks the finish
4. Springbank 10 - a solid, top quality dram
3. Kilchoman Senaig - once it had oxidised a little in the bottle and Sherry influence was stronger than the smoke I loved it
2. Kilkerran 8 Sherry cask - really, really good blend of flavours
1. PC 10 - I bought 2 more for the stash before I’d finished the bottle
I still have an Ardnamurchan Sherry cask to open, and a Ledaig 18 to grab so my top 5 might change before January.
Nice ones! 🥃
That was a fun and diverse list. I'm lucky enough to own 7 of those 9 bottles (missing the Ben Nevis and Glen Turret). Can't wait to pop a few more of them open, especially the Oban 10!
My top 5 whiskies for this year are; Port Charlotte PAC:01, Old Pulteney 18, Laphroaig 10 Sherry Oak, Glencadam 13, Aberlour A'Bunadh Alba. As always, thanks for making some of the most entertaining whisky videos on YT! Cheers 🥃
Nice picks. I need to get my hands on that Glencadam 13. Sadly not sold here. Cheers and thanks for the kind words, Peter! 🥃
Your patrons included some great choices!
PC10 is always on my shelf; almost anyone I've introduced it to (those who won't shiver at even the slightest mention of peated whisky) are always impressed.
I haven't yet opened my Ardnamurchan 05.23--if it's as good as the 02.22, then that's a serious contender for favorite whisky this year.
A cask strength Kilchoman Sanaig would be interesting to see.
But of the whiskies I've bought this year, I'd say the Kilkerran HP Batch 7 is my favorite. I have Batch 8 but haven't opened it yet. Pretty sure both were released this year, so once I get around to Batch 8, I'll see which I like more.
I have a question. I was recently gifted a bottle for a significant bday: Octomore 13.3. I'm a little weirded out by it--super pricey, perhaps a bit gimmicky (?), yet it might be lovely and I'll be happy... You or anyone else out there have any experience with that one? Would love to hear your thoughts.
Great counting Geoff.
Reminds me of Monty Python and the Holy Grail: 1, 2, 5 ... no 3.
Of course I will not bother you with any useful reaction, you know me. As I prefer older whiskies in general, please ask me in 20+ years.
Slàinte mhath
I love the Kilkerran 16. Refreshed a website to get a bottle and was worth the work and price.
Picked up a Benromach Peated Sherry a couple weeks back and that was excellent so I’m gonna guess that as your whisky of the year as I know ow you reviewed it. Cheers, Jiff!
Hi there Geoff,
firstly like the cool vibe and change in Feng Shui setting :)
I was actually just holding a bottle of the Port Charlotte 10 and about to buy but took a different bottle. Looks like the next one got to be that at home!
Keep the awesome contents buddy
Hats off to your supporters..!!! 🥃
Absolutely. Bad taste in UA-cam contend, but good taste in whisky. 😉
Mine has to be Longrow Peated Campbeltown single malt. I also really liked Glasgow 1770 peated and Benromach 10 CS.
Nice choices! 🥃
Great video and love the new more colourful background and setup. This was great interaction with the community and has reinforced my desire to get a bottle of PC10. Nice to hear Arran 10 get a name check. It is right up there on my list, especially for its price/quality dynamic. I think it has such a clean, well defined flavour profile that is such good quality for what you're paying. Also, Got a bottle of the Ardnamurchan sherry which has only been opened to share a dram sample so far. Time I poured myself a dram to enjoy by an open fire it seems. Cheers Geoff.
Fair warning, PC10 was a major disappointment for me. Maybe I caught a bad bottle, but it tasted like a generic Islay blend. I'd much rather have a good Kilchoman. The PC Cask Exploration series is excellent though.
@@bannedcommander2932 the dreaded batch variation?
@@steeno1985 perhaps. I had the same experience with the Classic Laddie though, so there might be more to it than that.
Wow a new set, very very nice G 👏🏻👏🏻
Thanks buddy! 🥃
WOTY: kilkerran 12
I just loooove that thing!
I also love Laph10 CS batch 15. but mainly because i never had it before and it finally appeared in my market….
But i also just had a KK8 bourbon cask……. Damn….. can i pick that? Hard to get.
Oh did i say that i went to a stag do today and that’s why I’m talking too much?
Kilkerran 12 is incredible stuff. Great choice. Hope it was a fun one! 🥃
The whisky that impressed me the most is The Deacon (yes it is a blend)
Never heard of it. Sounds interesting! 🥃
@@Gwhisky It's a blend of peated Islay and peated Speyside whisky, cool bottle design too 🥃
I don't press like when you ask me to, but instead at some random point in the video. I do this because I'm a strong and independent adult. Great video, and looking forward to other clickbaity ones during the winter
Lol I do the same thing and I'm a UA-camr. You telling me to press like? I do what I want... 😂
Love the premise, excellent content as always, keep it up G. Nobody else does it like you
Hah very kind words, Chris. Appreciated. 🙏🥃
Nice list, most I haven't sampled or seen in NY except for PC10 which I have and love. Cheers G, nice shirt - velvet? 😁
Yeah PC 10 is a legend at this point, but it's deserved.
The shirt? $10 and 100% cotton. But sure... velvet sounds better. 😉
@@Gwhisky the lighting or camera gave it a certain sheen I thought worthy of mention 🙃 I'm working on a Compass Box tasting now. I saw you liked Orchard House. I have it, Spice Tree, Peat Monster and looking to add Spaniard plus either the Glasgow or Artist blends as an entry level. Any opinions? For premium, limited editions I can get No Name #2, #3, Hedonism, Canvas, Juveniles and Flaming Heart. Any thoughts? Thx G! Cheers!
Nice video Geoff, and I’m really digging the mood lighting. 👍
My personal whisky of the year is a three way tie between the Kilchoman Fino Release, Old Pulteney Huddard and Knob Creek 12. I had better whiskies this year but these three just kept on pulling me back in over and over.
My whisky of the year 2023-2024 is Loch Lomond 12!
For me my whiskey of the year would have to be one I own and spent time with. Excluding single cask or independent bottlers, mine would be 3) Benromach contrast Peat Sherry 2.) Hazelburn 10 and 1.) Port Charlotte SC01... Cheers all!!
Great choices, Greg! 🥃
My whiskies of the year are the Bunna Cask Strength (2022) and Springbank 15
Very fortunate to have found both bottles this year after a lot of hunting
Both excellent! 🥃
I’m on my second PC10 bottle. I love it. It also wouldn’t be on my top 5 list.
I'm still hooked on the 2022 Bunnahabhain CS, but in 2023 the Lindores Abbey Friar John Cor 2nd ed. Cask Strength really impressed
My whiskey of the year would be Kilchoman Casado. Solid stuff.
I'll have to try it when I come across it. Cheers! 🥃
My whisky of the year was the Green Spot Leoville Barton
I've heard good things. One to try. Cheers! 🥃
Excellent video... Great list that you bring us, personally I have only tested the PC 10 which is one of my favourites, and despite I don't have the Oban 10 CS, I am a great lover of its style, I know the 14 (guilty pleasure) and the Little Bay. The Bunna 18 is my go to for this 2024, it's the only one of the core range - available here - that I haven't tried yet.
My top 3 this year would be 3- GS Victoriana (#1 2022); 2- PC 10; and 1- Ledaig 18. 🥃
Nice list! Hope you can try that Oban at some point. Spectacular stuff. Cheers! 🥃
This winter, apart from the usual whiskeys that I always have in my cellar, I will try the TORABHAIG SINGLE MALT,i have read very good reviews and I want to try it myself.
It's good stuff! 🥃
Best (and more) affordable whiskies i had this year were the Wolfburn 10 Years Old Sherry Cask and the Frysk Hynder Wine Cask.
Haven't tried that Wolfburn 10 yet. I've heard mixed things about it. 🥃
@@Gwhisky it's a good one and well worth the try; as is the Frysk Hynder Wine Cask, keep in mind with this one that it is a Dutch Distillery and the whisky itself is maybe a 4 year old cask but somehow it does taste great. I love both, though taste is a very personal preference.
My whisky of the year : glenburgie 22, the single malts of scotland!
Yours :... Ledaid 18 maybe 😉
Hah could be! Haven't tried that Glenburgie, but sounds great. Cheers! 🥃
Hey G, another great list! One of the my fav from 2023 is definitely Kilkerran 16, it's hard to beat. I suggest you to try "Glenallachie meikle tour turbo" if you can find somewhere. It's an expensive as hell whisky for a 5 years old but very unique one.
Yeah I'm excited to try the new Glenallachie line. Sadly they haven't popped up in my market yet. Cheers! 🥃
Thats amazing. I had a feeling the PC 10 might be on the list. And at #1 I am so pleased. On my second bottle of it and it is AMAZING. Peat, sweetness, it has it all in spades. $75 bucks in Monterey CA. Affordability may have something to do with it getting the top spot.
Yeah it's belter. Deserves all the attention it gets. Cheers! 🥃
Just as a matter of interest have you tried any of the lakes distilleries whiskeys, if not you may be surprised.
I've had some stuff from the Lakes. Very good! 🥃
Whiskey of the year for me, Bunnahabain 12
pc 10 is my go to when pairing with cigars.
ben nevis tried a 8 yo cs indie bottling e was wowed. cheers
What's next on the upgrade list 😊
I love the setup Geoff and those whiskies of 2023, I couldn't argue against them. I've never tried Ardnamurchan but I have had a couple of good surprises this year. For me PC10 is fantastic so are Bunna 18, and Kilkerran 12. A toss up would be between Glenallachie 15 which was a pleasant surprise for me as the bottle fill went down and Ardbeg Uigeadail in 2023.
I should revisit Glenallachie 15 these days. I hear it's better, although I really didn't click with it last time. Glad you liked the list, buddy. Cheers! 🥃
Springbank 15
Made the rounds on too many 18 y/o’s this year and they still couldn’t beat this one out. It has a little bit of everything…so delicious and different.
It's definitely a beauty! 🥃
Longrow red 11 tawny port is my whisky of the year. Every sip is different and every sip is worthy of whisky of the year
Sadly I've never had the pleasure. Enjoy! 🥃
the jeffs are slowly merging together, using the same light as JeffWhisky lol
😂😂😂
For 2023 I think 3) Kilkerran 8 Bourbon CS 2) Hazelburn 10 and 1) Deanston 15 Organic. My Surprise of the year, Inspired by Gwhisky, was definitely Highland Park CS Batch 3.
Nice ones! Although I wouldn't trust that guy's advice. Not a fan of his. 😉🥃
Tried bunnahabhain 12 and port charlotte 10 this year, and i like them both alot. But I think I like the dates and dark chocolate tastr of bunna 12 and i want that 18 now or 12 cask strength
Ah the Bunna 18. I do have one unopened. But I chose to buy a Ledaig 18 over a Bunna 18 recently. Maybe I made a mistake. Another solid video Geoff.
Nah you can't really go wrong with either. You'll be fine with that Ledaig. Cheers Salty! 🥃
WOTY 2023? In terms of a dram I tasted first only this year: Indri Dru. (I know you weren’t a huge fan of the Indri Trini, but you might want to check out this cask strength version. )
In terms of a consistently delicious whiskey, maybe my “desert island” choice: Redbreast Lustau.
Never tried that Dru, but I have no doubt it would be a big step up at cask strength. I'll be on the lookout. Cheers! 🥃
Please do a review of the Northern Ireland whisky, 'Limavady'. Thanks.
Sadly I don't think it's sold in my market. I'll keep an eye out, though. Thanks for the suggestion! 🥃
Cheers Geoff patrons solid list
In the last six months, I completed bottles of Ardbeg 10 and Talisker 10. While I don't miss the Talisker, I find myself longing for the Ardbeg. Now, I'm contemplating whether to indulge in the Port Charlotte for my next peated Scotch or stick with the classic Ardbeg.
Always nice to get out of our comfort zones. Except when it isn't. Worth a shot though! 🥃
As a bit of an old Ardbeg fan I definitely say the Port Charlotte is worth a shot. I’ve found it a few years ago when it first came out out and I’d put it ahead of Ledaig 10. It’s proper Islay whisky and as good as many a nice laphroaig (including the 17 FoL that scores v highly).
Decent list, except I gave away my 2022 Loch Gorm, terrible. Wasn’t syrupy or overly Sherried at all. Was super ashy and rubbery, not the peat I like, and nothing like the sanaig earthy peat.
Got everything else on the list except the Ben Nevis, the Kilkerran 16 is good, but only as good as the 12 IMO.
My number one is you Geoff, but only at Cask Strength
I don't think I tried the 2022 Loch Gorm. I had a bottle of the 2021 and I've sampled the 2023, though. These days it's a bit sweet for me, but I still like it. Maybe 2022 was just a bad batch? 🥃
Glencadam 10
Probably alone on this one. Lagavulin 8
Solid solid list! I need to get my hands on that Ardnamurchan Sherry soon!
Not my favourite Ardna, but it seems to be a lot of peoples'. Either way definitely a great bottle and worth tracking down. Cheers man! 🥃
Geoff, again, I go back to my very first comment on this channel; peatiness is the differentiator. It’s like KMT vs. DPP; it splits the crowd right down the middle. There are few folks who fall in the middle, as in they don’t mind the peatiness nor the fruitiness. Perhaps they are the more mature whisky drinkers. I fall firmly in the non-peaty group. Some would argue that peatiness is what separates scotch from Irish, Canadian, American, and most other world whiskies.
Of the whiskies I first tasted in 2023, Glenmorangie Signet hands down. At the same time, it easily makes my Top 3 ever.
Absolutely LOVE that one. Great choice! 🥃
I guess we do not need a vote to know the best loved whisky shelves 😅
What does it mean to be cherried?
Sherried. To have a sherry cask influence in whisky. 🥃
