Sam I recommend talking about your fear of giving birth with your therapist and also looking into hiring a doula, not only to be there for you on the birth day but also to educate you on it and be there for you during the pregnancy, I think you’ll feel more confident. Don’t worry girl, you got this ❤️

Samantha I have had 7 babies in 6 pregnancies. This is the best advice I can give you- DO NOT make any important decisions while pregnant. Your hormones and anxiety are at an insane level. You are feeling the extreme need to protect your baby & change your life to revolve around your child. You will be able to be a good mommy still be a content creator. You will figure it out. Have faith and pray on it.

The thing you’re missing tho is the “company” that would offer this would need to take the returned Lego’s sterilize them separate them into the bags per the instructions and make sure they’re all accounted for and then ship it to the next order and so on!!!!!❤ love it!

Andrew! Tim Hortons is literally the same as Dunkin/starbucks in regards to coffee. They have their own coffee beans but you can fully customize your coffee order and their coffee doesn’t automatically have sugar in it or anything lol

I was the same way about giving birth. I couldn't comprehend it either, it didn't seem real. Even feeling him move, seeing him on ultrasounds, it was very surreal, and unbelievable. I feel like even when I was giving birth I wasn't understanding it. But I also think I expected it to be such a bigger thing but it was very chill up until I pushed. That's not to say it didn't hurt, but I was never stressed, I was never anxious, it just happened, my body did what I needed to and it just happened. He's almost three months old and tbh I now feel like I didn't even give birth. Maybe it'll hit me different when I have my next one, maybe it won't 🤷🏻♀️ maybe your experience will be similar to mine since we felt the same way at this point! Good luck! Love you guys ❤

the water bubbles are just from the blush’s formula not being stable, but it should be fine to use!it’s just water loss from the formula meaning the “cream” blush will be a little dried out and harder to spread/apply -a cosmetic chemist

I totally get what you're saying, Sam! I always thought the early moments of a baby felt like wriggles. I would say it felt like there was a little octopus in me.
Def create that business Andrew! I have adhd and I often have a hobby and spend a lot of money on it but it end in clutter, mess or wasted money. If there was a business out there for things like legos, puzzles and crotchet where you can just rent stuff and return it I would def support and buy from it.

omg the whole video game conversation i really relate to. I hyperfixate on hobbies literally all the time. one week its fortnite, next its books, next painting, next crochet, next it's my switch. i never finish a project or game lol its actually very frustrating.
1:05:00 rejection sensitive dysphoria is the worst part of ADHD for me I swear! Guanfacine has been really effective for my RSD and social anxiety tbh, I’m not constantly looking at things from other peoples point of view or getting flashbacks of awkward moments all the time anymore. It also helps hypersensitive nervous systems by modulating adrenaline, and dilate your blood vessels to help you feel relaxed. I call my adderall and guanfacine the “don’t gaf combo” because it really helps my sense of self and calms down my tangled ass brain 💀 it’s also nice because if I don’t take my adderall for a weekend or half my dose (I have dysautonomia so need breaks), im still able to get things done and not have brainfog.

Funny because as you guys were talking about how sometimes you walk in a room looking for something knowing it’s not there but all you can do it just stand and stare for a few minutes, i laughed and said “I do that” and then literally seconds later walked in my kitchen and just stared because I was heading to the bathroom to grab vaseline and forgot where I was going
I would be okay if Andrew ever needed to just go solo & make it his own!! Drama channel or just continue the same type of vibe, just by himself. I would 100% continue watching. Love you guys

love the unplanned podcast! I watch every episode, and in my opinion Matt is really a good husband and father, but often says a lot of stuff that gets clipped and then hated on. They're christian I think but they don't really make that a theme of their content (at least on the podcast, I don't watch their vlogs, etc.) Totally support whatever you decide!

I would so steer clear of the Matt & Abby podcast - not worth it! Protect your peace and energy. They do not seem like people who would have your best interests at heart.
I live in Canada and Tim Hortons coffee is not pre made with cream and sugar, it comes black and you have to ask them to add milk, cream or sugar to it. However a largeee amount of people just say can I get a “double double” and that’s 2 cream 2 sugar!

I have the opposite problem of the over eating I know part of it is because I leave all the food for the kids but my adult life I have struggled with I can live off coffee alone and it has messed my mental up and my taste buds as well. Then when I do get the chance I binge and it is so unhealthy thank you for sharing your journey both of you I love the transparency

"it makes you so much more depressed being without cause you know what its like with it".... pls be careful, i left you so many comments when you first started vyvanse explaining how much worse it made my depression. it doesnt actually have to do with you just 'knowing'... it LITERALLY CHEMICALLY AND physiologically is doing that.. its not just bc you know.. it's because your brain chemistry has been altered by substances and the dopamine you're used to the pill flooding it with is now not there... pls be careful i hate prescription stimulants so much after my own 15 year long experience with vyvanse and others. they are still a drug.. and when you stop taking a drug, there is withdrawal. whether it's mild or not. stay aware so you can stay healthy.
I know no one wants to hear this but I’m saying it as someone who has been through it all. Medications will alter your brain and make your natural makeup haywire. There are natural supplements; just do research or things you can do naturally to help every single issue that is going on (for the most part). And I’m saying that as someone who takes anxiety meds only as needed… but try every other natural way first. I wish I knew as much as I did about holistic health now; when I was in my late teens/twenties; I would have saved a lot of health issues for myself. I advocate for natural supplements now

For 20:39 - I’m studying archaeology and the idea of Vikings wearing helmets with horns is actually a myth (created by a comic)! And while Vikings did participate in raids (the term “vike” means raid, so they were going viking) they are more so thought of today as traders. They also settled in many places like Orkney, Scotland and Dublin, Ireland. Vikings were the first Europeans to set foot in North America, landing in Canada, but did not create a permanent settlement. As far as I know there isn’t evidence of them in Wisconsin :)
