I also discuss how we can use the teachings of the Six of Pentacles on our healing journey. I'm offering my own ideas and insight; as well as following along with the healing guide put together by Kate Van Horn from her book The Inner Tarot.

Hello Rain!!!! My example of red flag(I'm not the person that ignores a red flag) happened two months ago and I ended up to hospital having a surgery for Femoral hernia at 23 o'clock at night!!! Sometimes, as you said, we just focus on the every day routine and forget that if we are not healthy, physically or mentally, everything will change possibly for the worst. Forgive me but English is not my mother language so I hope I've made my point. 😊 Thank you for doing this for all of us cause sometimes we just need a little push to do the right thing!!! ❤❤❤❤

Our backs should be the priority Sis, even today as I reply to you, my lower back is aching. I've started more intense stretching so that's helping....
