    King Richez is on the money again, being good in academics isn't cool in the black community. I remember we used to see other black boys playing in school and we followed the same route.
    I got the Africa sentence(moved back to Zimbabwe) and my life changed. I saw academics being glorified i saw the cool guy getting girls with A's. It felt embarrassing to fail in school. Made me work hard.
    The West have a negative black culture that holds us back, due to socioeconomic strife.

    richez hit the nail on the head here this is what i’ve always advocated EVERY MAN in a child bearing relationship needs to keep itemized receipts of everything he spends on his kids clothes diapers food damn summer camps toys books any and everything so when this comes up and they mama try to fleece you playing games you show the judge everything you’ve spent on the kids so she can’t come up with some ridiculous number so she can buy some red bottoms and get her nails did off your dime
    what would be her counter to it? it’s either “he lyin he ain’t spend that much” to which ok then you’re accustomed to taking care of them kids fine on your own OR it’s “nah he lyin he spent way more” then bro must be a good modest dad that cares a lot maybe he should get the kids

    It sounds like every developmental lesson for BOTH boys and girls is taught by men. And IF that's the case, how can we definitively say that the woman is the default best option to raise the kids? The fact that she needs so much "support" to raise them AND appears to be incapable of teaching them what they need to know about life... Kinda indicates that PERHAPS she's unfit to be a primary custodial parent "by herself".

      I admire the mindset to let God lead, and her femininity is on point, but it is simply not good for men to get married/ have children when they are unstable. Many men forsake whatever goals they had, and get locked into a “put food on the table” mentality, stuck in jobs, often multiple jobs, that are not fulfilling, it has happened a lot. In those cases, the women are often young themselves, so you have two people thrown together, with children, and it is unstable from the outset. Men should not be considering marriage until their late 20’s, at the earliest.

She spoke about the law very vaguely and said the DDSA 2020 (the act that changed us into a no-fault divorce law system) came out in October of last year when it came into force in April of 2022. She also didn’t call the act by name. Lawyers are expected to know the relevant acts for their sector area. Her mistake is equivalent to a commercial lawyer calling the Companies Act 2006 the “commercial act” and saying it came out in 2005. They just wouldn’t.

    • @zosiawane8235
      @zosiawane8235 Рік тому +1

      @@KingRichez Additionally, the fact that she let the panel run with the myth that women take it all (the gold digger myth) in divorce shows she has no clue what she’s talking about. England and Wales (E&W) is NOT a communal property state - meaning upon the breakdown of a marriage there is not an automatic entitlement of a 50/50 split of marital assets. That is a civil law feature. In Radmacher v Granatino, Lady Hale restated that we have a separate property scheme.
      Anyway, as the American on couch rightly alluded to, the reason why women can access the marital assets without making equal financial contribution is because of her “homemaker contributions” which has been recognised since 1972. This is because the cooking, cleaning, child rearing, planning etc is all UNPAID labour which contributes to the smooth running of the household. The alternative btw is that the family uses their income to pay for a chef, a cleaner, a nanny etc which most people cannot afford. The value of the unpaid labour carried out by women is worth 10.8 trillion dollars annually if they were paid minimum wage for each hour worked. This is why the courts/statute recognises the contributions of women.

    • @zosiawane8235
      @zosiawane8235 Рік тому

      @@KingRichez Also, the fact that she let you run with the idea that “not signing a piece of paper” meant that you will not accrue any legal liability towards a woman you “partner” with/wed informally seals the fact that she very much has no clue about our system. But I won’t talk too much, you have fun trying to outsmart the courts in situations and with ideas they have been dealing with for longer than you’ve been alive, and statute has already clarified.

      @@PeachieSuze She had a computer career and a college degree and comes from a good family. She doesn't need a sugar daddy, and I have options here and in the Philippines. I dont exploit those options because I was raised right and I know what its like to be cheated on and could never do that to someone else. I was raised by my grandparents who married when they were sixteen and stayed loyal to their vows until they both passed away over 80 years later. My grandfather died a few years before my grandmother and on my grandmothers last day, she held my hand and smiled at me and said she will see my grandfather again soon, and she was happy. That memory stays with me everyday, and that doesn't exist anymore in western cultures. We've taken the idea of love and marriage and twisted it into a selfish thing in the west where its all about me me me. We've even created phrases like " you have to love yourself, first" which is the very definition of selfish. The strongest symbol of love is sacrifice and choosing to make one persons happiness a priority over our own and, through that, finding purpose and building a dynasty we have forgotten that. Our culture has lost the beauty of big family gatherings at grandmas house on thanksgiving and Christmas eve because families are big broken messes now. There is no such thing as divorce in the Philippines and that is why I've chosen to marry there. In their culture, when a married couple has issues, they are forced to fix them because that is what marriage is supposed to be. A marriage is a vow to ones gods that you will stay true and loyal to this one person for the rest of your life no matter what may come in the future and THAT is the very thing that makes marriage a beautiful and powerful thing that it used to be in the west before we turned it into a worthless statement no more special than dating a person until you get bored or find someone a little more attractive or someone with a little more money.
