If you think you have a case, find a lawyer and sue. Don’t be surprised if the lawyer wants paid up front because the chances of collecting are slim. Your best recourse in my opinion would be to quit watching videos from channels that have fooled you once. Or if you don’t like UA-cam policies, go to a different platform. Anyway, I hope whatever course you choose makes you happier.
