    I have two sons, they teased me about my weight. They said I should try to get back to the weight that I was living in Asia.
    Since I never had any health issues due to my weight, I never saw a real problem with it. But when I compared those pictures with what I saw in the mirror, I noticed a huge difference.
    Without thinking things through, I bet my children that I would lose 22 pounds (or 10 kilos) in three months. I wasn’t sure how to pull this off, but I thought exercise would be the way to go.
    So, I started to look for UA-cam videos to watch while I did my workouts.
    Before long, I came across expert presentations about the ketogenic diet and thought that I would give it a try. Now, I feel great, and when I went for a medical checkup, all of my values were fantastic. My fatty liver disease was gone.

    I just doubt if we can have apple on keto diet because it does contain a lot of sugar right? I'm not an expert but many keto experts advice against fruits

    Diary like curd , butter milk , fruits etc will throw us out of keto due to carb count content . You can eat berries due low to GI index but definetly not an apple .

    I tried this keto intermittent diet plan , and trust me guys , where i was lacking in weight loose i came back to that weight suddenly and therefore i am continuing with this keto intermittent plan .. only i jave left takeing fruits because it was actually not reducing the weight with curd , so i directly have my lunch nd then in dinner just the liquid and stuff ... , Trust me this diet plan is doing wonders worh bullet coffee and without breakfast .. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

    You cannot have fruits when you're on a Keto diet as they contain high amount of sugar levels. You can have watermelon & gooseberry but not apples and bananas.

      No, you can eat fruits on Keto. Fruits are not very calorie dense, fruits contains good amount of fibers and majority of fruits contain fructose. Fruit juice should be avoided, but 200 to 300 gram fruits daily is not going to hurt.

    Focusing on eating healthy should be the goal. However a title like 7 kg in 7 days is quite dangerous. Weight loss should be slow and gradual not drastic like that. Also keto diets should be done under the supervision of a doctor/dietician because it can cause many adverse effects based on any pre-existing conditions. Fad dieting especially should not be a blanket- you have to eat foods for YOUR specific body type, metabolism, health conditions etc.

      You can do eggs and bacon, chicken, steak, but try to cook it yourself without any sort of premade gravy which might have high carb content, also red meats are rich in proteins and good saturated fats with virtually zero carbs

      Both of those are complex carbohydrates. They are very good for normal diet plans. But for keto diet you want to avoid carbohydrates as much as you can. So if you're having them as part of your keto diet, the quantity should be less.

    Sorry to say but did u check the carbs in veggies
    As in keto we just need 20 grams of carbs
    And one medium onion it’s nearly 15 grams
    So sorry but I don’t think this plan will work

      20 grams of carbs is for extremely quick weightloss. It is not compulsory to follow that rule. The daily carb intake should be less than 100g per day. That will still give good fat loss. It is not necessary to follow the 20g rule so strictly.

      Yes it is in moderation. Your diet can be 5% carbs and you can have up to 20 grams of carbs a day. Curd isn’t the worst thing you can eat on Keto just make sure to count carb intake.

But You can definitely snack on a berries (Strawberry, Blueberries and Raspberries) , Avocados, Cantaloupes or Melons, these all are Keto Friendly. They have low carbs content, and it will definitely not interfere with your Ketosis. 💕✌️

      @@mohnisha1305 yeah, I didn't say few grams of fruits will hurt , but a bowl full of melon or strawberries are gonna kick you out of ketosis. limit is everything. you can even eat a teaspoon of pure sugar and still be in ketosis. but bowl full of sweet things is just another story. and when you are saying fruits please specify what kind of fruits you are talking about. sure avacados are good, but how many Indians even know about them ? keep it simple and sustainable. the fruits you just mentioned are not indian seasonal fruits. don't just argue just for the sake of arguing, include some logic into it.

      @@mohnisha1305 and if you watch video again, you can hear the narrator saying "big bowl of fruits" yeah good luck with your keto with that and picture of fruits she shows have grapes in it, which are loaded with sugar.

      that was my first reaction !! this is not a keto.. it might help in loosing weight but its not keto. paneer, curd, fruits bread ??? wtf ?? its a misleading title

    The idea of keto is not to eat frequently. Eating one big meal a day is all that is required . This diet plan will only put more weight additionaly put a big hole in your wallet 😜

      Asalam alikum akka. I don't know if this diet works but it isn't good for our body. I'm 28 years and I am on the process of weightloss. These fast weight loss plans may make you lose a few kgs fast but once you stop doing this diet our weight will increase double the amount. Eat healthy and in moderation, drink lots of water, EXCERCISE even if it is for a short time and keep a track of your food nutrients akka your weight loss will happen gradually ♥️
