    I don’t run at your level but when I returned to running at start of the year after 6-8 weeks out I wore calf sleeves. These really helped me with shin splints and other niggles. I am currently running faster than ever before but onlychasing sub 17 for 5km for context. I struggled to walk 5km under an hour beginning of the year. Best of luck and loving the content

    A savage group, the Lucan track footage is top tier. Thinking about Rathfarnham myself but more geared to Half’s. Going by sub 15 friends, I’d highly recommend sharpening your 200/400 speed for the 5k, you’ve the engine already. 🦍

    Anto the best advice i can give ya is dont be griddy n inpatient with ur fittnes cause yall be forever broke up in shite , just be consistant (2sessions a week max until body can handle it). Thats my tuppance worth but sure wtf wud i know

      Tom your on the money, the last place I want to be is back on the sideline , I’m doing all the things right outside of the training that I can , I slacked on the nutrition and recovery side of things the last time and I won’t be doing it again .
