Undyne in Genocide killed me many times already. It’s no wonder she is known as a heroine by the underground. She really does beat up bad guys successfully, well in Genocide but people who are strong enough to pass through her can defeat her.

Yeah me too, I even had to reset so I could follow everything in this video, but I don’t regret it, undertale Is really short in general, so you have only played for at least an hour like he said, so I could get back up quickly

My genocide history
1st
I played on switch and felt bad after papyrus and aborted genocide
2nd
Got up to sans on switch and never beat him
3rd beat genocide on Xbox
4th beat sans on pc
I just battled Undyne in Genocide route with my sister and finally defeated her with the help of a strong weapon, Torn Notebook and a strong amor, Manly Bandanna. Now I’m at the Last Corridor, about to battle Sans.

My best advice from just beating her is to just sit at your computer and not rage when you die; every time you die, you memorise more and more of the fight and get better and better, so eventually you'll be able to do it. For me it took about one and a half hours straight just fighting her over and over again to beat it; I reccomend not taking breaks during this long playtime as this can loose your focus. Also something that made the fight way easier for me, is realising that the arrows(not the yellow arrows) turn red when you need to hit them; this helps loads with the slow attacks where there is alot of arrows at once but they're all slow-I realise it might just have been me being a dumbass and everyone already knew this T-T

Yeah, this doesn't help as well for gamers who have reaction-time disabilities, and such (like myself). I've beaten the genocide route, but that was 8 years ago, so I'm rusty as all-get-out...
for the "worst attack" ive found that if you just move to the side you wont get hit (unless youre unlucky)
until you reach the wall, then you need to start actually paying attention, but by then theres only like 2 more circles

Yeah when I was playing undyne I used to hate that attack, but then I actually learned how to do it
one trick is to go in a straight line and if there is a spear in front move up or down

AFTER 4 YEARS, OVE 1200 TRIES, I DID IT! THANK YOU SO MUCH
the fight becomes WAY easier after you do it. took me like 15 mins. green ones are pattern reconition/memory. for the red heart attacks;
-the one where they rotate and go to you; dont panic, try going from one point of the box to another while dodging.
-the one where they appear diagonally and go to you; again, dont panic. move in a relatively small circle. you'll see the spears fade in in front of you. dodge them
one where they appear randomly and go towards you; dont go in a circle. dodge them.
heal on one you're good at. keep trying, focus.
the result if DEFINETELY worth it. after i beat it (at 2 hp lol) i thought it was super ez.
This video has helped me from not being able to even try attacking her to actually beating her
If ur red heart and low I reccomend using the sea tea bc it boosts speed up til the menu pops up and it's super effective for sans

I only did undyne and sans because they were the hardest bosses in the game so I’ll just tell you how to beat mettaton and asriel
To beat mettaton, you have to get the number of viewers up. An easy way to do this is to keep boasting. The views will go up until you get hit. Once it’s at I think 100,000 viewers, mettaton will call someone and from there you have won
For asriel, you can’t die. Also if you dream, it fills your whole inventory up with dreams that can heal you to full hp.

To win the Mettaton EX Battle, get the rating to 12000 or otherwise 10000 if you shot at Mettaton’s heart. The fastest way to this is keep changing your armor. Every time you change your armor if it is not damaged, you get 1500 ratings. Use food items that increase ratings like food sold by burgerpants. The Face Steak increases the most ratings at 700 but there’s only one face steak. I tried that in the True Pacifist run and it worked. I completed the battle so fast without dying.
BRUH thats easy metta ex just pose or use starfait, glamburger, superhero and steak shaped metta face, make the rating is top.
I’ve also covered both of those in my boss megaguide but by now you’ve probably beaten the game
For the "Best attack" , u do move in a circle, but a quick tip. Depending on where u are moving u have to watch the spears in front of you.
Lets say ur going to the right, watch the spears to your right and just go down or up depending on them. Switching the direction is quite hard though, u might get hit.
Killed her as soon as I saw this video pop up. Spent 3 months trying to kill her without this video so I have one tip. Memorise how many attacks you can do without healing and try to get that up until you kill her :)

I keep on dying at the very end of phase 5. I'm so close to beating Undyne, but the issue is that I'm playing on a laptop with tiny arrows. If I make one mistake with which arrow I hit, I'm done for and make many mistakes. It's too hard to recover
I'll have to rewatch this to remind myself but some I've learned on my own

i ate the pie when preparing for the fight, i'm such a dumb
btw for the small spear attack where there are three of em and they shooting at you you can slightly move to the left to go in between the two spears rendering the attack useless.

5:03 what worked the best for me is always going left at a certain rate, then when you get to the wall go up and in whatever direction thatll work then keep going right without stopping and hope the attack ends in time

It took me over 30+ death to finally beat her and over 7 hour
For your least favorite attack I found that moving at the last second works a ton, I hate your favorite, but maybe that’s because I’ve had undyne on 30 HP and lost due to that attack once
Main problem is since i play on the switch its so hard to just go down in the green soul phase like often i just go to the other sides and just take like 100 damage
Best thing is to use the D-pad if you’re not using it

fun fact : i beat sans using only instant noodles a steak and 5 legendary heroes the first time because i suck at nintendo switch : edit : i beat undyne without getting hit after around 20-30 times of failure just to get a no hit run : edit 2 : the first time i unkowingly beat undyne using the notebook strategy also my first run was a genocide run and when i beat undyne after 2 days worth of tries :edit 3 idk why im still editing is: now i beat undyne with a stick and bandage after 1 WEEK so yeah ez undyne

btw: when you beat pacifist and you get a jumpscare it isnt a bug. the player sells their soul to chara, so chara will always kill everyone even if you do pacifist. this is why you beat pacifist first.

The "best attack" is my MOST HATED ATTACK
It used to be my most used attack until I learned how to do it
When I fight undyne the undying I would get to lv 11 to do more damage and have more health, and I would equip the ballet shoes and the cloudy glasses
Level 11 is completely random. It depends on 3 and 2 monster encounters. If you want to spend the time resetting then go for it
