If you were setting this up for yourself, would you use a projector and the white sheet or just use a large lcd on the side? I really like the idea of hitting into an image (projected on a screen, or in this case sheet) but based on what I see, it might actually look better using my 65" lcd on the side. Thoughts?
Hi, you can absolutely do either of these. The projector that was used in this video wasn't the best quality, so keep that in mind. With a higher quality the projected image would look better. We also have touchscreen monitor options as well which enhance the simulation experience as well: www.par2pro.com/shop/product_info.php?products_id=60. Hi there, the target screen for the Spornia is 75"x75" which would be a 1:1 aspect ratio so you would not be able to fit a 4:3 aspect ratio and fill the screen perfectly. If you tried to fit the image height wise then the image would be too wide for the screen and if you fit the image to the screen width wise then there would be a portion at the top of the screen where the image does not project onto. There are projectors with a 1:1 aspect ratio; however, the software will stretch/distort the image to fit it. What is your settings on the projector to get it to fit the screen perfectly? It seems 4:3 and all the rest are too big
