This is the video I watched the first time when I didn't know Touhou that much at over 10 years ago. I didn't know all of the characters so I did homework to know all the characters from this video. This is absolutely a good video to introduce Touhou to the new into that would cause big interest to the watchers

Since then we've gone on a mission to steal all of Former Hell's valuables, we've commandeered a treasure ship above the clouds and plundered the booty of Makai, we've raided the tomb of an immortal prince, we've ran away with the spoils of a hopeless religious war, we've looted an upsidedown castle in the sky _and_ had the entire Touhou world as we know it turned on its head, we've mugged a tourist from the outside world, invaded the dream world as well as the moon and ran away with the spoils of _that_ war, we've had everything we've honestly earned with our own thieving hands stolen from us by a thieving duo of destitute goddesses at a concert, we've snuck in through the secret backdoor of a goddess and stolen her precious things, if you know what I mean, we've been photographed with our hand in the cookie jar by that aforementioned tourist from the outside world and, as of writing this, we're warmly waiting for our time to do our best as we are preparing to steal the valuables of yet another Hell... Hi! Great reaction! I think Bad Apple is one of most famous Touhou videos, so I decided to suggest you this masterpiece. This song is so popular, that a lot of people(including me) never ever heard about Touhou, but already knew this song. Also some people(including me) were playing Bad Apple: You see a character, you name them(it's pretty hard for first couple of times, but for that you will need to learn all characters from Touhou 6 EoSD to Touhou 10.5 Scarlet Weather Rhapsody). It can be interesting if you try to do this when you will know more of Touhou.

I'm became Touhou fan two years ago and even I was try to dig very deep into Touhou lore, I think I know only about 60%, because there about 15 books, which I can't find any Russian or English translation, I don't anything about ZUN posts and I don't have any CDs with their little stories about Renko and Maribel(character from CDs(You can't find them in other places)). So I think if you want to know everything about Touhou this will be very long way(especially with ZUN's new creations(games, books, mangas, CDs....)!
You actually need to know some characters from the older games too, the PC-98 versions of Reimu and Marisa appear in the video, as well as Elly, who's stage theme Bad Apple originally is. (She is from Touhou 4: Lotus Land Story.)

What many,many,many people don't notice after the tea cup breaks but before Sakuya is fully shown is that Rumia is shown,she's the one spinning with her arms outstretched after morphing from the broken cup piece. 3. You should watch the MMD version where they insert the models into the same poses. 4. There's an Arknights version.
I am fascinated by the beginning and the end of this video. Reimu is a priestess, Marisa a witch. Reimu protects knowledge, but doesn't take advantage of it, doesn't consume it.
