I just want to mention a couple of things: 1. Flandre doesn't have a complete understanding of or handle on her powers. If this songs lyrics are to accurately portray Flandre's mindset in canon, She doesn't truly understand that she can "destroy anything she wishes", and as such is a little too rough with her "playmates". 2. I feel like this songs visuals accurately portray "the madness of self-imposed loneliness"
I think I've said this before, but gensokyo is a youkai sanctuary, and youkai are demons. We are humans. While not all youkai are out to kill us, over 80 percent of youkai are out to kill us. You've seen some of the dark stuff, and there is way darker than this. Just know that in canon there are dark moments and remember you are human, and the majority of the touhou cast is youkai, enemy of humans. This is seen lots in canon too. Even some of the "tame" or "friendly" youkai are not friendly to humans. Alice has even said in a manga that she scares the standard outsider cause it's her job as a youkai as an example. In regards to Flandre, the fans have interpreted many sides to her, and this crazy unstable side is one. Her theme is also called "UN Owen Was Her" hence the video name. Her theme is all over the internet and one of the most well known touhou songs out there.
Yokai in Gensokyo aren't allowed to hurt humans, that includes Vampires. Sakuya finds flowers that taste like human blood and have the nutrients in them to feed Remilia and Flandre.
