Do You Really Need This? 🤔Infinitivsatz: nur/nicht brauchen + zu

Instead of the German modal verb "müssen" we do have a commonly used alternative called "Infinitivsatz mit nur/nicht brauchen + zu". Sounds very complicated but it is actually not that difficult. Specially in spoken German you will hear it very often, which makes it important to know. But there are a couple "rules" you have to consider when using this German sentence element. In this video you will learn all of them with lots of example sentences and of course a bonus tip at the end of the video about it's usage in "real-life German".

Wie im Video erklärt wurde, sind die nicht genau gleich. Brauchen + nur wird speziell dann gebraucht wenn betonen möchtest, dass nur etwas (eine Sache) getan werden muss.
