I've been here about 4 years now. The people are great, the police are super cool. And more than affordable. Most people that have problems are the foreigners that drink to much or spent to much and got divorced. Ya ya it's her fault, she robbed you. Really, I heard that one to much. Drink reasonable, don't bullshit about how rich and important you are. Realize the money you have and live within your means. Really is so easy here and the people again are great.
