Seriously Toronto is an armpit and a money pit all the immigrants coming here Wanna leave!! They’ve been sold an ideal life and realized they could’ve gone anywhere in the states and had a much better quality of life.
I always find it rather ironic that the OLD Quarter is the cheapest place in Nanaimo, as it's definitely my favourite location in the city to live. c1900 era heritage homes have always been my thing and I love that one is within easy walking distance access to pretty much everything, including the harbour-front, restaurants, cafes, parks, etc.
Well, as long as they don’t reduce mortgage rates, we should see prices staying low for a little bit longer. But yes, we are still seeing home prices well above the national average. Please feel free to reach out to me if you want to chat before your visit!!!
Awesome video.
So happy you liked it my friend.
Im from interior of BC . I watch these videos because of the scenery .
I’m from interior of BC. I live here to experience the scenery.
@@Nanaimore haha Good answer.
Thanks for the video. So a little bit cheaper than Toronto, but not by a huge deal 🙂
It’s all relative. It’s much cheaper if you’re from Vancouver or Dubai 🤦🏻♂️
Who the hell wants to live in Toronto, no matter the price!

What area that you mentioned would include the College Heights area?
@@lenimbery7038 South Jingle Pot or Westwood Lake.

We may visit in the summer to look at neighbourhoods but our budget won’t go far at all.

When something bad happens it’s called Harewood, when good things heard it’s called University District.😂
wow, didn't realize Nanaimo had become so expensive.
Yup… it will be interesting to see where prices are next summer.
You have idea, if you factor in the ferry to get back and forth to vancouver its pricey. Was born here i hate the progress. Ps great video
Harewood hasn’t been bad since the 90’s there is more crime in the north end now . Been here for 35 years
I couldn’t agree more. My mother recently moved into the area 👍
Although you didn't include it for obvious reasons, where would Lantzville fall in your affordability list?
$900k
