These UFOs have been REALLY interested in nuclear weapons and intercontinental ballistic missiles in the USA and Russia. This goes back to the 1940s, 50s and 60s.
It's probably the higher level of security and surveillance that allows them to detect more of them near those areas :D

Saw my first ufo in early 90s, our kids were playing badminton over the hedge with neighbours kids and this red circular object caught my eye, it was just stationary... The videos are capturing fast, relatively small objects at a range beyond effective identification with visible light. The so-called 'Tic-tac' footage was recorded on an infra-red camera which is designed to capture objects at great distances, and the naval footage was taken in night-vision. Of all the aspects of these recordings that are bizarre, the recording quality seems to be entirely reasonable.
Even if they're all faked, I doubt the U.S. military is foolish enough to think nobody would question the low picture resolution.
