Adam Driver is such a talented and generous actor. And such diversity of choices. Keeps me coming back to the theater over and over! And go ahead Sean, ask all you want about Star Wars! There are so many of us who were changed by his amazing performance in all three films! 🦋 Love your podcast!🥰

I love the banter that should never change, but I have missed some answers of great questions from Sean because of it, so maybe open up a section Sean can go crazy with this questions without interruption maybe?

I loved him in Marriage story. But I have a hard time watching it simultaneously because Adam and Scarlett made it feel SO real with their incredible acting! Great guest guys!

This is where I leave you is such a great dark comedy!
For anyone who hasn’t seen it’s a Jason B classic, he’s hilarious and as always dreamy.

I always listen to your podcast in my car, but decided to jump on UA-cam to write a comment. After listening to other podcasts, I see how yours is so successful. You do a great job of not talking over each other which amazes me since there’s three of you and you’re all entertainers with lots to say. You also ask great questions and you let the guest answer. If I don’t know who the guest is, I still listen because I know I will laugh and learn something. Thanks to all three of you. You’re all very special in your own right and I’ve loved watching your careers over the years and look forward to what’s in store. Since I’m commenting on Adam drivers episode, I’d like to add that I loved it. He was a great guest and dude can act!! I’m looking forward to what he has in store as well. He’s acting gold and a very sweet man. ❤

Adam still has my favourite bit from all of SNL. The Oil Baron is so fucking good it's ridiculous. I also hate that they've been consistently backhand complimenting him to hid face. "You're not a strategic thinker." Like... eff off.

Fantastic interview as always! Mr. Driver is a Force of Nature... The Miami Vice references took me back to that time of where everything was new and exciting... Thank you for all the laughter, nostalgia, and joy! 😊❤😂

I wish Wil would let Sean 'Geek out' for a few minutes and stop cutting him off, overstepping his answers and trying to make fun of him. It's starting to turn me off from the show. Wil always does that when Sean is excited about a guest . Please stop that and let him speak, ask his questions or comment. It's getting mean sounding guys. Thank you Adam and Sean for trying. Jason could you please referee a little more with Wil?

What are you talking about??? You must not listen to Smartless often. This is exactly how there three banter back and forth. Snarky and self deprecating- get with it man.

    • @TheGeekAuthority

@kimwilliams2493 I've been listening since day one. So stupid assumption on your part. Clearly your into Sean being cut off, ovetridden and suffers the ego of Wil going for old, repeated and inconsiderate responses to Sean and his interests and excitement. But. We have to tolerate Wils long monologs about sports. It’s old, not funny and uninteresting. Have you noticed the kinder more appropriate banter from Jason? Wil is being rude and inappropriate. Jason is being more thoughtful and fun and not mean to the point where Sean can not finish his thoughts, admiration or questions. Are you really listening? I think not.

I love their banter and I also 100% agree. Will gets to be way too much and Sean can’t get a sentence out.

@craiggoodman7 My suggestion to you is 1- others seem to agree with me - so you probably should learn how to read. 2 - Do you always tell people what to do when you disagree with them? ( You must be a republican.) 3 - Fun lovin' stops when all parties don't get equal time or equal opportunity to speak, over-reaches their opinions, or is just plain rude/mean. My suggestion to you is to stop bullying people and learn how to listen ( and read).

    • @TheGeekAuthority
      @TheGeekAuthority Рік тому +2

Please note @craiggoodman7 removed his two mean and rude comments to me - basically
after telling me what I should do and that my opinion/observations about wishing Sean got a chance to express himself and speak, although honest from me, were not correct or welcome and that I should stop listening to SmartLess.

First of let me note that I enjoy Jason, Sean, and Will. However in this complete dive into your own narrsosistict life journeys was incrediably sophomoric and dull. ADAM DRIVER is an incrediably talented, gifted, intelligent guest to have on the show. Yet all of you completely ignored him in order to continue to go on about some nonsense happening in your own life. It wasn't interesting or funny
How about asking Adam a guestion and then let Him answer it. None of you took the time to even attempt to consider how deep his range of acting roles has been and use that as a diving off point to ask him a an intelligent guestion. Adam should have hung up and just let all of you continue to droan on about yourselves. I for one would have applauded him for doing so. Had none of you ever thought to ask about t
His stage career or appearing on 'girls'. I felt like three 12 year old immature boys at summer camp had a podcast and wanted to talk about fart jokes. Adam was great on SNL because he is a dedicated professional actor who studies his lines
Your audience lost a chance to listen to really great actor and find out about his journey. Take some time to listen to other hosts who actually talk to their guests. Being sloppy and lazy is no reason to have a podcast.
