I’ve grown fond of this podcast. I got here through McG and Sol, then I was like, lemme try out the young ones. Did I not love them? Gen Zs aren’t as bad as people make them look. Big ups to Spreading Humours, Concept Getters! I’m a fan now, and I’m a millennial.

Most people think they are suffering from depression, but some they are the cause of their own depression. Then they think they will get rid of their problems by consuming alcohol. Alcohol does cause depression,for people who depend on it in order to feel happy. Lets pass 2 weeks atleast without drinking alcohol. Drinking on weekends is not a must. Ma 2k ayofika nini ku 40yrs as they drink like this 😮.
