    I got the MagGo 10000. It'a a great battery but still have a lot flaws.
    1st it does not fit the 6.1" iPhone 15 Pro, only the Max. The battery is longer than the 15 Pro when mounted on the phone.
    2nd is the build quality. The Charging Pad face of the power bank does not stay flat on the phone when charging, the surface has irregularities (bad quality) and the lower part where the second magnet is located has always a 1-2 millimeters raise from the glass back of the phone.
    3rd, on the iPhone 15 Pro it starts to charge with 15 Watts but after 30-40 mins goes all the way down to 5-6 Watts.

      #3. Any battery you use will charge faster when the phone’s battery is near 0. I guess it’s how much juice a phone can take.

    I bought 2 of these to charge my a iPhone 15 Pro Max. No mention in this review of the heat issues. After 40mins, it drops well below 10W, then you eventually get temp warnings on your iPhone. This happens on both packs. These run HOT after an hour of charging. I eventually had to return them and get non-QI2 packs which runs much cooler. I would completely avoid these QI2 packs until they solve the heat issues.

      I didn’t mention the heat issue as I didn’t have this issue. The Anker battery pack doesn’t get hotter than the MagSafe Apple Battery pack on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. Both get hot, I didn’t notice that the Anker one gets extremely hot.

    A potholder on the desk may be a way to keep your phone flat while pressing buttons when it’s attached to the G2 charger.
    Mine is on a quilted table runner and have never noticed that wobble.

    Not a fan, way too chunky, they should have made it a similar size and thickness to the iPhone. There's no point having it attach to the back of the phone with MagSafe if it's too cumbersome to use. I'd prefer to use a wired power bank that I can put in my pocket while using my phone at the same time.

  • @Amar-vi8ht
    @Amar-vi8ht 4 місяці тому +2

    My power bank arrived and it looks awesome. The only complaint is the material that scratches so easily that I haven't even used it and it already looks used. They could have rubberized that part at least on the side where it is charged, as Xiaomi did on its wireless power bank. Ok, it will be used, but let's make it durable a little bit

    Is it a bigger capacity? Yes.
    Is it faster at the start(when device isn’t hot) yes
    But after two hours of charging it’s the same as Apple’s battery.

    Does it charge an iPhone 13 with 15w wirelessly? Bc only MagSafe devices could charge iPhones at 15w rate

    • @zanevtech
      @zanevtech  6 місяців тому +2

      The iPhone 13 if it’s on iOS 17.2 or above should have Qi2 wireless charging enabled. Qi2 is the new wireless standard that allows 15W of charging. Previously, only MagSafe was able to provide that for iPhones, but now you can get 15W of wireless charging on a qi2 enabled iPhone by using a MagSafe charger or a qi2 wireless charger.

    The charging time depends on the rated voltage and conversion rate. I guess the rated voltage of this product is 3.7V.

      The S23 FE has Qi wireless charging, not Qi2. That means that it will not magnetically attach to this power bank, unless you buy a case with magnets.

    I am curious about 2 things:
    1) How fast can it be charged? 2) does it provide all the 10K capacity it has, so does it charge 4-5000 mAh phone roughly twice?
    I have bought the Anker 533 (non Magsafe). That is the lousiest powerbank I ever had. It takes about 1,5 hours to charge and hardly charges a phone 1x.
    (the wobbling of this one does not look very good....)

    • @zanevtech
      @zanevtech  6 місяців тому +1

      I agree that the wobble is not something that I’m a fan of for sure. Regarding charging, Anker says that you can almost get two charges on an iPhone 15 pro, which has a battery of about 3300mAh. So this means that you’re looking at around 6000mAh of actual usable capacity of the battery pack. Keep in mind that it’s wireless charging and it isn’t the most efficient way of charging.

    • @dobrecristianro
      @dobrecristianro 5 місяців тому +2

      It's not only the wobble when you place it with the stand on the table, but the other part (charging pad face) is not perfectly plain, it wobbles too on a plain surface and while mounted on the phone, the lower magnet is always raised 2-3 millimeters from the glass back of the phone. This happens because of poor manufacturing quality.
