Honest comment. I tried this recipe today.
Few suggestions for whoever is following this recipe:
1. Donot put rice under the fan. It will dry up. Just strain and keep it. No need to put it under the fan.
2. Boil kathal longer than mentioned in the recipe. 4-5 minutes is not sufficient for the kathal to cook.
Its a very time consuming recipe. Took about 2.5 hours.
