Serving - 5
Ingredients:
Boiled rice - 1 glass ( before cooking)
Soya chunks -1.5 cups
Carrot -1/4 cup
Green peas -1/4 cup
Onion - 4
Tomatoes - 2
Ginger garlic paste -1 tbsp
Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder -1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder
Mint leaves
Curd - 4 tbsp (plain)
Ghee -1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Food colour (yellow/red) - 1 pinch (optional)
Saffron (kesar)- 2 inch (soaked in milk)
Green chilli -2

I made this biryani today for dinner but i used maggi masala instead of biryani masala 😂
