I am going to try this biryani..for sure..Sir can u share kathal gravy or kofta recipe also..I will modify my recipe if I m missing anything..😍😍😍

Made this today. Came out very good. Followed all your steps except adding rose water as we are not fond of that flavor in our biriyani. Also added tomatoes to give a south indian twist. Took 2.5 hours to make including the cutting of raw jackfruit. It was so flavorful that my family of 6 polished the whole handi in 20 min. Thanks Chef.
I tried your recipe without rose water , kewra water , with ready to eat jackfruit mix ! It tasted like behrouz mutton biryani ❤v delicious ! This raw jackfruit tastes 40% like mutton ❤
My grandpa brought with him some freshly harvested Khathal. 3 of them 😂 Ek hafte se kathal kha rahe hai, lekin aaj last bache hue kathal k saath Biryani bana ❤ thank you Chef, it was delicious!

Chef ur recipe is great bear in mind if u using fresh jackfruit it cooks easily I couldn’t find any fresh so I used tin it takes much longer to get it soft So do u think I should boil it a little before hand thks look forward to ur suggestion
