  • Connect to this breathing technique to help bring you into a meditative state in only 3 breaths!
    This will gently guide your body back into parasympathetic mode for rest and digestion as well.
    This will allow you to breathe more deeply and more easily. It will also allow you to feel more peace within your body and your mind.
    ✨Breathe in through the nose for 4 seconds
    ✨Hold the breath for 12 seconds
    ✨Exhale out the mouth for 8 seconds
    Et voila!

      Yes! If you listen carefully you can hear the cat speaking.
      Cat: "What is she doing now!?"
      Cat: "She's scaring away all the birds!"
      Cat: "Humanoids are so weird!"
      Cat waits for a minute.
      Cat: "I can't believe she's still at it."
      Cat waits a little longer.
      Cat: "That's it! I can't take it anymore. I'm outta here!"
      Cat leaves window. Mom appears.
      Mom: "Oh geez she's at it again..."
      Cat returns (4:38).
      Cat: "Seriously! She's STILL at it?"
      Cat: "Forget it I'll find another window where I can watch the birds!"
      Cat leaves. Mom leaves.
