How to practice TRIADS on guitar - Open Voicings / Spread Voicings

In this week's guitar lesson I wanted to share some content from my course created specifically on the topic of guitar triads, "TRIADS: Inside Out'. This is a great triads exercise to help your visualisation of spread voicing triads (or open voicing triads).
The focus here is to practise triads with a chord progression. You can take any chord progression (2 or more chords) and try and play it whilst constantly climbing higher up the fretboard.
The key is for the bass line to move up to the nearest chord tone, whatever inversion that ends up being. If the two chords share a chord tone you stay on the same bass note and then climb up on the next chord.
