Good idea, Porygonal-sama! So I think my favorite was the combination of the theme song like "Doug" and "Rugrats", "Futurama" and "The Magic School Bus" and "Peanuts" and "Hey, Arnold!" How do you think this song!

Absolutely LOVED this video. My band teacher showed my class this to work on our listening and we turned it into a competition. I was the only one in my class who knew what sailor Moon was! This brought back memories of so many shows from when was little! I'll be looking for more of these videos!
James Kaplonek ... nah, there's only 4 or 5 of them ... Thundercats, He-Man, Smurfs, Gadget... possibly Pink Panther squeezes in. Might have missed some somewhere, but there's a bunch of others that could have been used to bring this up to a full 50. Raccoons, Cities of Gold, Dogtanian, Transformers... nevermind some more localised classics like Dangermouse, Count Duckula... Rather short on 70s examples too ;) The ones we DO have are still perfectly good, mind :D
10 років тому
He-Man, thundercats, and most of them are 80s and even older.
...yes, as in two of the entries I already mentioned, you mean? The list is officially 43 entries long, and in actuality closer to 50 because of several double entries. The 80s making up all of five places in that is a rather poor showing given how both the 80s and 90s were a very rich and diverse time for iconic cartoon shows with distinct and recognisable themes. Heck, I mean, just compare The Raccoons (whose full length theme song was released as a 45rpm single and had a live action music video) to Avatar ... pretty much the entirety of the latter's opening music is used here in the first ten seconds. Very few shows have anything resembling the old style extended themes any more, it's all cold opens and four-bar stings.
Man this brought back some memories and I'm just 24. These song/shows are some of the best across 4 decades of glorious Saturday morning cartoons. I miss saturadys... :(
Wow! This is just the most amazing thing I have ever seen before. This is is definitely my #1 favorite video here on UA-cam. You guys rock! P.S. When you all said "That's all folks" at the end, I cried, like... so hard
Impressive! But I can't believe they missed Scooby Doo.

I hope you do a sequel to this, cause there's lots of great themes I'd love to hear done in this style. Stuff like Batman: The Animated Series, Hello Kitty, Recess, Samurai Jack, Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh, King of the Hill, Ben 10, American Dad, My Little Pony, Arthur, Scooby-Doo, Fullmetal Alchemist, Death Note, Gargoyles, Justice League, Teen Titans, Silverwing, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, The Weekenders, The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Attack on Titan, Ed, Edd and Eddy, Freakazoid, Road Rovers, Duck Dodgers, Sonic SatAM, Invader Zim, Fairly Oddparents, Panty and Stocking, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Dangan Ronpa, Garfield and Friends, the list of past and current win goes on once you get my mind racing on such things. You've earned a subscriber and I only just discovered you!
Don't forget Thomas the Tank Engine
Will you help us make it to 100,000 views in 24 hours? We've got 45 min to go!

We need a part 2!🎶
The 2 Richard Stone pieces in succession (Animaniacs and Tiny Toons) made me so blissfully happy.

Stop making me cry! What? Who said I was crying? I'm not crying!
I thought I was only that teared up during this 😭❤
Grandle Jams gay

Also, I'm fine with someone calling me a faggot. It's not like you know who I am anyways.
EVA is not normally something you'd expect to be grouped together with all these other cartoons.
Wow man. I'm 33 years old, and the 5 minutes I saw my childhood flash before my eyes. Good times. Thanks for providing us such a thrill. Greetings from Brazil. Success!
This was just fantastic!!
(I did not expect to see Evangelion on here as well XD When I heard it I almost jumped off of my seat!)

This Video Contains all of my childhood life
Thank you :)
I'm gone back in time...my lovely childhood thanks☺😍❤
Thanks for watching.
@@carnegiehall thanks for making it.
I love the He-Man and Thundercats theme. This was my cartoon era!
Aww.. childhood memories... thank you for this! :)
so Good, wish they could actually play a little more .
You had a true childhood if you can name these without the description.
Woah evangelion...didn't see that coming lol
7 years and I still have this memorized. Shits a classic😭😭
Absolutely LOVED this video. My band teacher showed my class this to work on our listening and we turned it into a competition. I was the only one in my class who knew what sailor Moon was! This brought back memories of so many shows from when was little! I'll be looking for more of these videos!
90's kids get this.
There are more themes from the 80's I reckon!
Rather short on 70s examples too ;)
The ones we DO have are still perfectly good, mind :D
This is the best thing in the world!
NOSTALGIA CENTER IS REACHING CRITICAL LEVELS, PREPARE FOR A BREACH
Oh, how much my 2.5y old son and I love you. The incarnation of the best 30 minutes we had every day back then.
Makes me want to go back to those good old times.
You missed Batman The Animated Series, the best one of them all!
I LOVE this! Is there an arrangement available for this! I would love for us to perform this at our pops concert! :D
Hi Adriana - Glad you like it! Send us an email at socialmedia [at] carnegiehall.org and we'll let you know if an arrangement becomes available.
+Carnegie Hall Awesome, I would also love to buy a copy of this amazing arrangement.
2:11 cameo appearance of Jim Moriarty from sherlock
Man this brought back some memories and I'm just 24. These song/shows are some of the best across 4 decades of glorious Saturday morning cartoons. I miss saturadys... :(
When I heard the ending loony toons tune the nostalgia hit me, hard.
Evangelion Neon Genesis was in there! YES
wish they had "Tank!" from Bebop
i could honestly use about twenty more minutes of the magic school bus theme....
It also included the Futurama theme song as well ad the Magic Sschool Bus
I liked the video! I really did... But i think that some of the parts were a bit too short to fully enjoy or even to be recognized.

DRAGON SOUUUUULLLLLLLLL LOVE IT. THIS IS THE BEST THING EVER.
To be fair, it says 43 CARTOON songs and Evangelion IS a cartoon...Not their fault if you watched it as a kid and was traumatized...
Was hoping for Darkwing Duck.
Haha same here!
My childhood...YES! I also like how it looks like even the performers had a lot of fun with all of this!
omg, this video gave me too much chills in my whole body. i could recognize most of the themes.
great job!
This is beautiful. But it's missing one theme, and that is ponies.

Thank you for putting a smile on my face with this awesome video. I really needed it today.
