in a computer lab two time sharing systems A and B are installed. The mean response time of 75 cases run on system A was 985 milliseconds with s.d of 28 while for system B, it was 969 with s.d of 35 milliseconds based on 80 cases. Can it be concluded that system B is better than A ? (use 1% l.o.s)
