It must be hard enough just to get a musical reaction uploaded, factor in 399 swear words, 199 offensive gestures and 221 acts of violence, and you’ve got a full time job 😂 Really well done on the editing to still keep all the plot points.
Matt and Trey worked so hard to get this down to an R rating in the US. The MPAA kept on giving it an NC17 certificate due to the profanity, which Matt and Trey knew would not make the film viable at the box office. Hence, the line near the end of the film about the MPAA saying violence is ok as long as nobody swears.

One of the greatest musicals ever produced, and none other than Steven Sondheim agrees. He wrote a letter to Matt Stone & Trey Parker praising them for this movie upon its release, calling it the funniest and most original score he'd seen in years. Matt Parker said that the letter was a more important bit of praise than all the Oscars in the world. They also, jokingly, wrote back saying, "We think you've done a few good ones too."
Edit: Also, good catch on George Clooney as the doctor. Other voices you may have missed are Brent Spiner playing Conan O'Brien, Dave Foley as all of the Baldwins, and Metallica vocalist James Hetfield singing the song "Hell Isn't Good" as Kenny descends into Hell. The original title of the movie was South Park: All Hell Breaks Loose, but the MPAA objected to the use of "hell" in the title, so they changed it to a penis joke that went over their heads until it was too late to change.

Jen, Blame Canada! was actually one of the songs nominated for the Academy Awards. They got none other than Robin Williams to perform it live at the 2000 Oscar ceremonies. You can see it on YT. Great job on a very difficult edit for sure, m'kay?? 😄

South Park started out with a Christmas Cartoon that was super popular in Hollywood, and Clooney was one of their biggest fans. So he was the voice of Stan's Dog where all he does is bark.

Now that you've seen this, you need to witness the comedic genius that is BASEketball (1998). It stars the creators of South Park as the leads.
Fact: The creators had to deal with the MPA do deal with avoiding the movie getting an NC-17 film. If the film got 400 swear words, it would get the rating. The amount in this film? 399.

So a few fun things. 1 is that the MPAA had a problem with Trey and Matt wanting to name this film all hell breaks loose, so being who they are, they said f*ck you in the most creative way, by naming it Bigger Longer and uncut. The MPAA didn't have any issue with the new title until two weeks before release and then they got the joke but at that point it's two weeks from release they couldn't change the name. Because the MPAA was frequently breathing down their neck they ended up having to change the lyrics of a song that they were writing because the title of that song is one of George Carlin seven dirty words you can't say on television (motherf*cker). The result is the one that ended up in the film song by Terrance and Phillip which is arguably much better than the previous title of that song. At this point in the series there were two running gags one-month the constant killing of Kenny the other was every time Stan went to go talk to Wendy he would throw up on her. Blame Canada actually got nominated for an oscar but lost to Phil Collins because that was the year that the film Tarzan came out. In the years since this movie came out Matt and Trey are now Tony award-winning artists for their Musical The Book of Mormon. One of the Great Moments of this film is when Cartman goes Super Saiyan at Kyle's behest once he realizes what he can do with the v-chip

    Note:
-Originally on the show, Terrence and Phillip was a poorly-animated show in-universe, but then it was later retconned that Canadians looked like Terrence and Phillip in "real life"
-Eric Idle from Monty Python voiced the doctor that installed Cartman's V-chip, while Mike Judge voiced Kenny with his hood off
-There's a post-credits scene of Ike still in the attic eating a mouse

I saw this film in the theater, and in the audience that rolled in was a woman with three little kids, maybe nine years old at the oldest and thought 'oh man, the kids are gunna get scarred for life' because I was fairly certain that they just were into the SP merchandise and not the actual content of the show... and when the film ended I saw them walk into the lobby from the theater and I couldn't believe that she stayed with the kids to the end; it was absolutely hilarious seeing the look of bewilderment on her face.

For swearing in a cartoon, you have to have over 400 swear words to get an NC-17 rating, which limits film distribution. So to avoid the NC-17 rating, the movie has exactly 399 swear words.

The Doctor was voiced by Clooney. In Season 1, the studio wanted them to have a celebrity guest, which the creators didn't want, so they got George Clooney to voice a (gay) dog whose only lines were growls and grunts. This is Clooney's "other" character in the franchise.

Well, you can't see 'South Park' on stage..yet. However, you can see 'The Book of Mormon' which was written by Trey Parker, Matt Stone, and Robert Lopez. It is one of the longest-running musicals on Broadway, and is on tour everywhere. The score for the show is filled with amazing songs that are hummable and hysterical. It won a ton of Tonys and other theatrical awards when it opened. It also launched the career of Josh Gad (the voice of Olaf in the 'Frozen' franchise). Lopez is an EGOT, having won an Emmy, a Grammy, an Oscar, and a Tony...he wrote the music for the stage musical 'Avenue Q' (which is like Sesame Street on a bender), and the Disney films 'Frozen' 1 & 2, and 'Coco'.

And that might be the greatest summation of South Park ever.
I vividly remember going to see this in theaters and at the ripe old age of 21… I was still required to show ID to get in. Kid you not. And every screening was full. And you have not lived until you have been in a theater full of people clapping along in time to “Kyle’s Mom Is a Stupid B--h” like it’s the Country Bear Jamboree at Disneyland.
And the craziest part? Here we are nearly 25 years on and I’ll be damned if the movie isn’t considered a classic.
