This is excellent! One of my goals has always been to focus on long-term results such as weight and emotional health. I think getting into the registry will be my new goal one year from now. ☺

My only suggestion for next time: avoid pronouncing the word "lose" as "loose". We don't "loose" weight. We lose weight. Hence why so many people these days can't seem to spell it. One of my pet peeves.
