Best I’ve EVER heard the technique explained. Nobody I’ve seen explains just how to switch your hips so effectively. Always been a move I wanted to add to my arsenal, now I feel like I have a shot at making it! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I’ve heard this called the accordion arm lock and pillow arm lock. At my school, we have an “infinite arm lock drill”, where we transition between different arm locks. The lesson being that if the guy has an arm extended, it can be locked. You just hand to find it.

Wow. This is a back move that has a back up move. Fantastic explanation too.
Glad you liked it!
I've seen Jean Jacques & Karo Parisyan teach that move. I think you explained it the best!!!
That's a slick transition.

So I used to do it like this but I've actually found it's faster if I invert and go to a belly down armbar once I sink in the L hook.
Wow 🤯👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
