As a veteran of stalcraft i can tell you that much armor in this game feels like paper compared to the guns that come of the paid cases which will shred you in 1 second and most ppl you will meet have +10 to +15 weapon and armor - as soon as you get any semi decent gun and armor you get put in that matchmaking bracked so you will quickly stop enjoying this game unless you put in like 1k $
I don't think talking about meta right now is a good idea. Probably that Russian dude not mentioned big armor, weapon and artifact rebalance which coming up soon. I think exbo gonna start test serv in a few weeks. This all happening cuz master servers have no balance, you can get there with 3 red tier items(which worth around 60kk) and you will meet some amazing guys, who's character worth is like 1kkk and they're going to fck you up every time considering that they are never play solo. So sexbo decided to get lower ttk and make armor with low bullet res more playable, cuz on masters you can just make artifact set, that allows you to go almost everywhere, so every armor except battle one is not needed(sry for mistakes, I'm not so good at English). Also red and yellow tier artifacts can appear in all North locations, but I guess u can't find them because "better servers - better artifacts", so I think you must wait for master armor and weapons
yeah, we know about upcoming balance update, but we dont know when it will happend, it can be in 2 weeks or 3 months. And its better to tell people about current meta to let them buy optimal items for now, than teorycraft about changes that they wont even feel, because we wont have items from premium shop like 250 bullet resistances armors anyway on west serwers so probably situations with almost immortal guys wont happend. Great video, imo to improve the game add more incentive to pvp coz it’s kinda just to grief or for rp purposes, I’m in no way against pvp in stalcraft an I think it’s fun it just feels kinda pointless if I’m only getting ammo and meds off players and not even at the very least maybe some xp for my base? I dunno but thx for reading
yeah fighting pepople that are going pvp is pointless. Best way to do pvp is going to enemy maps and kill farmers, only there u will earn money from pvp. And it would be nice to add reputation system for pvp :D
@@EstusGuides exactly the only real reason is to ransom their lost backpacks but ikr some kinda xp for pvp would really make this game have heaps more replay ability for example having a seperate character that specialises in pvp
Currently, unless you are one of the deeply insecure griefers (often cheaters as well), PvP is a waste of your time. You could be farming money or resources, and instead you're being cruel and destroying people's resources. If you want to PvP, use the session battles or something. Just note that there are several cheaters that show up in there to be jerks every single day. If you want to know who they are, just look at the people with more kills than the rest of their side combined. Those are the guys. I recommend just quitting out of the match. If everyone just left every time they showed up, they would be the ones getting frustrated and bored.

When youre already in faction u cant farm 100rads bar. Probably not worth to farm bar, because is tons of grind and later u wanna join subfaction anyway

Man i feel a bit scamed with this rebalance. I farm cristmass event and bought Tonga only for reason i can run any hazardous area. And now they saying its not gona be enough to run everywhere even tho this suit got no bullet resistance compared to meta shit 90% of people run right now. Its almost pure science bodybag and still.

I claim that even with currently available artifacts, SKAT with 5 artifacts is better than 3 artifacts with Centurion in PVP. But it gets about 5-10x more expensive (10M only to find right artifact +5s and buy enough dust to upgrade)
Getting nice quality can be expensive. Later, after u will have every weapon and stuff you want u will have nothing more to spend money anyway and then you can min-max artifacts like in other MMOs games. Usually in MMO getting like 90% of top stats is cheap but reaching this max possible stats is usually weeks or even months of work :D
@@HolysMoly for session battles, I agree Centurion is better. But up north with psy 2, legionaire requires 2 artifacts to counter whereas SKAT uses just 1 veiner 115%+. However, it's so expensive to make it better than Centurion and for only a marginal difference. I much suggest Centurion & Coccoon becuz we will soon get updates for better containers.

I just started to farm for the veteran As Val, i already have M4 so the veteran M16 it's the next weapon, then ill go with the armors.

Is it worth farming 100 rads bar? Is it possible to farm 100 rads lvls after joining a faction?
When youre already in faction u cant farm 100rads bar. Probably not worth to farm bar, because is tons of grind and later u wanna join subfaction anyway
