ITIL is basically the same from the early 90s with more fancy words thrown on top. Been dealing in IT since 95'. Have been with multiple companies that use various versions of ITIL. In the end, it's the same girl that you dated 25 years ago with better make-up on and a bit more money in her hand bag.

I appreciate the gentleman who has put this video together. I am not sure what I am going to say is a whole lot beneficial to anyone, but I am just venting. All these very convoluted categorized principles (mostly common sense) presented here are fundamentals applicable to any business operation, whether a business as whole, or any department within a company. Better reliability, better decision making, better ROI, Better QoS, Cost-efficiency, ....Availability Management, Capacity Management, Contingency Management, Cost Management, etc., etc., are just what any person with half a brain intrinsically is aware of them, and then grabbing fundamentals of business and foolishly name it Infrastructure Library is just hilarious to me. We all know the meaning of library, but I thought maybe there is another definition that I am not aware of, but no, library only means a place where bunch books or other media are categorized for knowledge and research. Why are we calling bunch of business processes, actions, policies and procedures a "library"???? 😅😅😅 Also, why would service fall under infrastructure?
    What am I missing? LOL.

This is not the way of presenting any subject matter. The guy looks like he is going to catch a train so he needs to deliver a training in a speedy manner. Therefore, we end up having an explanation that is very difficult to accompany, there is not at all easy to understand and grasp in order to accommodate and assimilate. I don't question the knowledge of the interluctor, why I do question is his ability to deliver an understandable training, especially if delivered virtually, where communication is key. However this key will not fit the majority of the locks
