Dyson is so good like my upright had a 5 year manufacturer's warranty it's been 4.5 years and they are collecting it next week to do all the small repairs. It works so well. My sister in laws has the small ones, and she's never had a problem with repairs, etc. either fantastic service and quality by dyson❤
I had gone through 3 dysons in five years hoping each one would be better. I don't purchase them anymore myself. 2 were cordless vacuums and one was a corded vacuum. The corded vacuum worked the best.
@rahafalsharif2461 I have the dyson ball animal 2 and my dad has that one as well. One of my brother has a regular dyson ball and so does my mum and they haven’t had any complaints or difficulty with customer service
So these are all the one released in the last 7 to 10 years and they have been working great for my family
About the cordless the another brother of mine owns they've been sent 2 new models ones after facing charging and motor issues so technically, they got a new vaccum altogether.
Also with the older models as a kid I remember the dyson man coming and repairing it on site if he couldn't they take it to a work shop or send you a new one.Once they also repaired the full cable as it had a torn.
This is Dyson UK by the way I don't know what the service is like on other countries
