I wanted to do this Lux review for a long time. I know Lux is very popular from Iron to Gold and after seeing so many players playing her I had to make a guide/educational content around Lux to help you out 😄I agree she is a great champion to carry with, but there are also a lot of missconceptions about how she should be played, so I hope this video can help! You explain not only what build you are going but why and add in why you think a different build doesn't work as well, e.g., "your AP doesn't matter early you want vision control and move speed". There are a lot of very skilled players who say "you want to do this and you want to do that" but you are the first one I've seen (I may have missed other content creators who are also brilliant) to tell my why my way of thinking is not optimal. The meta constantly changes so teaching me how to think is better than teaching me what build works best in patch #.# before whatever midpatch nerf may have been released. Thanks for this

Wonderful video! I'm usually happy playing against Lux support as a Milio main, but man, it’s only because I haven’t run into a Lux with that kind of finesse! The spacing was unreal! What advice would you give the enemy bot lane to deal with that matchup? What could they have done differently? Maokai felt like a really rough pick here.
I would recommend them to watch my video about how to play in a losing botlane matchup TLDW use sweeper for gank setup, save hp in first waves and look to punish with all in/jungler, if you are able to survive first waves and get a good recall it becomes favoured for them
Also maoki should of went his potatos first instead of the root, lux out ranges him he isn't getting the root or knock back off any time in that lane. his seedlings can force lux out of the bushes, pushing her into lane allowing his adc to farm easier. His seeds are also really good for just 1/4 chunking the waves which would of let his adc clear them easier. Both of them also made the mistake of not allowing the auto rebound. they would of lost the wave into the tower yes, but by both dying instead of recalling that first crash, they gave up 2 skills and still lost wave and plate. if they would of just immediately recalled it would of crashed got plate, but they would both be back in time to catch the next waves and slow the stack up, instead they waited to die when the next wave was about to hit mid lane, so they were on death timers during the rebound. which let lux and cait just restack another 3 wave and repeat. People tend to over value bot lane platting, as it usually gets split in half it doesn't power scale the adc or support early, handing them 600 gold worth aka 300 each of kills versus splitting 125 aka 75 each, makes a world of difference early. And usually the team also gets the platting after killing you anyways. So 375 gold each. 700 gold to enemy, or making them farm 3.5 waves and 1-2 plates. Learn to recall..... Also Maoki's ult is super powerful if you send it side ways. He should position behind / off to the side almost at the enemy tri-bush then ult, leave them no where to go but towards death. Because they were behind would need their jungler. The ult from the side / behind to force root them, while kayn comes over wall and stuns / knocks up and maoki walks between wall and tower behind them, for root / knock backs, makes for a hard fight. Maoki sending ult down a lane is just a stat check if the other players have tier 1 boots or not. cause you can almost always out walk it or outwalk it to where the root doesn't matter cause there is so much space between you and him when it does hit.

Tengo una duda, si juegas tan bien con la distancia y demás, por qué no ir a por un sello oscuro/Mejai's? Te daría AP "rapido" y la velocidad de movimiento te ayudaría a posicionarte. Otra duda que me surge es. En esta partida cait lo hace bien. Sin embargo, muchas veces el ADC es nulo. ¿Hay algo que cambiarías en esas situaciones para carrilear solo la línea?
Si el sello oscuro esta bien, lo comento en el video, pero queria jugar la partida sin "mucha ventaja" de AP para dar mejor ejemplo de que no es necesario. Si el ADC no es muy bueno pingear y saber cuando se equivoca dejarlo o aprovechar para hacer otra cosa, como cuando vuelve el Maokai a linea por rio que me voy y Caitlyn mata pero podria morir, ahi yo me backeo y no muero con ella. Recuerda que si mueres gratis es oro para el rival.
