Yes, almost identical although I think on the CC the plastic plate / location of those inner bolts are a bit different.

Do you have to jack it up?

You’ll need to remove the wheel so yes ideally jacked up and wheel removed.

I’m pretty sure you can just turn the wheel I didn’t have to jack my Jetta up
