Making Korean Hotteok or Sweet Pancakes with Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, + Walnuts

I've been seeing these Korean sweet pancakes pop up in my feed so I knew I had to give em a try! This classic Korean street food is served warm with a variety of fillings but my personal favorite is brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped walnuts.

Hey just wanted to say something about the hotteok pronunciation
It's pronounced Hottok and not hottEok
Hopefully I explained it good enough cuz I have issues explaining stuff
