Tim has ~30 kilos on him, but it's not muscle. Mass, in general, can be helpful for building momentum and leverage. Having said this, I wouldn't be surprised if Devon actually has more muscle mass overall. Regardless, Devon is a technique savant - I think that's his strongest asset.
