@@Tusk889 devon will 6-0 Dennis if they had a match between 2008-2012 so don't compare a weakest version of larrat against a strongest version of Dennis
@@jabbaplay6579 With the amount of anabolics that Lupkes is taking I expect his strength hasn't diminished much at all as he's aged. In terms of size he looks even bigger than he was in his 30's! Lupkes might be under the illusion that he was stronger when he was younger but there wasn't much competition back then aside from Brzenk. But we were talking about the STRONGEST armwrestler, not the best. Lupkes has always had poor technique, relying solely on overwhelming side pressure; physically weaker but more technically proficient armwrestlers like Brzenk and Larratt have repeatedly used this to overcome him. Cyplenkov on the other hand is very similar to Lupkes in that crushing side pressure is his favoured method of defeating his opponents. So what you see when Lupkes and Cyplenkov clash is a pure contest of strength, which Cyplenkov convincingly won. Cyplenkov was also ranked #1 in the world on both arms at one point, Lupkes has never come close to accomplishing that.
Tim Bresnan is the true sportsman. Did not take this match competitively but friendly. Always looking out for Lupkes and striking conversations with him just like a good friend does. Very lovely.
One of the best matches I ever saw.I don't know, every time Tim Bresnan pulls it's entertaining. No under the table,no jumping like a retardad if he wins/loses just fighting with pure strength.
What makes a wrist strong..? Like, I see that Tim Bresnan's wrists are much smaller than other pullers, yet his wrist is extremely strong they say. Is it tendon strength?

jesus, how strong is lupkes at that age!!! i do think he seems strong, but he doesn't seem healthy tbh, the way is breathing is worrying and this was 2 years ago!! hopefully he's stopped and taking it easy now :)
I know how it feels like, well i'm definitely no where near as big or strong as him but doing heavy work when you are big ( in ratio to my height ) makes your heart skip a few beats, especially when they are pulling in the sunlight in las vegas.....like tbh couldn't they have picked maybe a spot with shade?

"Oh yeah I'm scared hahaha." You say. Then Richard Lupkes knocks on your front door with a angry face lol. Great respect I have for Richard Lupkes. Unbelievable man!
I think I know what Lupkes was feeling. I'm also a weight lifter and big guy and when I strain that hard while holding my breathe, my heart will skip beats and cause me to have to cough to get it back in normal rhythm. It feels kind of scary and also takes the drive out of you. I have a slight mitral valve prolapse. Arm wrestling is not healthy. Holding your breathe while straining that hard puts all the pressure on your heart.
Richard is one beastly old dude.
"My dad can beat your dad"
" Well my grandad can beat your dad"
Love to see the mutual respect between two legends
@Harald Arnold-Larsen yep, just like devon does, its just banter. In reality devon is really humble and r respectful
Bresnan is not a legend lmao pretty new actually
The legend Richard Loebkes is a true legend. Despite the passing years, he is still a great player.

Would like to see these guys go when they are 100% and fresh. They both had Devon earlier so they were gassed out. Both guys are strong AF.
Richard lupkes proves age is just a number.....i watch his match against Denis cyplenkov he's very close to beat Denis cyplenkov
Локти летают все отлично))) Ну дед нереальный конечно, очень силен
richard lupkes man...this guy used to hit so hard when he was at his prime.
I don’t get why you would even try the last two rounds if you’re up 4-0. Especially in a tournament format where wear and tear is a factor.
big man Lupkes..
Both thems legends
Lupkes is very humble
Lupkes is a monster 💪💪
what happened to loudmouth udnerwood
Stamina is just as important in this format.
