For the record. GAMB had over 60 Trombones and over 60 Trumpets. just those 2 sections alone was about the size of NOASB's whole Band. There's no was Mew Orleans should have been able to match GAMB's power and sound like they had about even numbers.
Here's this narrative again. Now let's unpack that for a sec, because i thought the same about the numbers and sound at first. But, Noasb had very similar numbers in euphs and mellos as gamb, with gamb being larger by about 10-15 more people in those sections. So of course the power would be similar, with noasb having the edge because they didn't have a trombone prescence, especially In the later rounds. And noasb tpets tapped out last half especially those last 3 songs lol. Side note: you can not judge how loud something actually was from a clip. Go watch a clip of a jet engine spinning up and tell me that fave you a true perception of what it actually sounds like in person.
