When are you engineering 3" lift & 35" tyres for an 80 Series? With long arms!

Good luck with the inter granular corrosion on the 7075. It’s gifted me 1000s of hours of overtime over the last 20 years repairing aircraft fittings made from this. Yes it’s strong but being zinc based the slightest scratch to any surface treatment or paint that makes it through to the parent ally will start inter granular corrosion. Once it starts it’s very hard to stop and typically requires replacement.
Anyway the suspension on a 4x4 would never get scratched to you should be right 👌

In our experience heims and Johnny joints are not fantastic in street driven vehicles bushes offer a better life and no noises or clunks like solid mounts do.
