    • Since 2010 Ordnance Survey has made 360 million changes to the National Geographic database of Great Britain - over 20,000 changes every day
    • This hidden map of the country now contains more than 500 million unique geographic features
    • The natural environment still covers 25% of Great Britain, but has fallen by 2.7% since 2010
    • Just 8.3% of the map is built environment (buildings, gardens, transport infrastructure etc.)
    • 45% is farmland and 14% is woodland. With the latter increasing by 9.25% in the past decade
    • This data impacts on our lives an estimated 42 times per day according to new research
