So the "prankster" is also watching Lud's stream, and as Lud is ending his stream that's when they say to the police "I've got a gun, i'm going to shoot" to try and make the police shoot Lud as he comes outside

The whole government operation is psychotic.
This is not a light subject and I don't wish ANY of this on anyone but this should be a HUGE eye opener for people.
Everyone who thinks swatting is bad should read the Patriot Act and then the UN charter.
There are literally no real enforceable laws that ensure reasonable expectations of civility.
The Government can be weaponized against you for ANY reason at ANY time and only minorities feel this fire constantly.
America dehumanizes people to use them for (prison/slave) labor. We are conditioned to be afraid of our neighbors and communities because of minor differences.
It was Native Americans, blacks, and any one against or exposing human rights violations under the government.
Thing is the way these laws are written ANY one can be targeted. And in this culturally insulated society we are all economically competing against each other and "civilly" competing for dignified living.
Sadly this reality is on 'If you know, you know' terms and that's a huge problem.
People only pay attention once its too late and its happened to them.
