Can't wait to see what you got planned for this build bro. Was thinking about doing a dual carb setup to fix this issue. Two smaller carbs on the same intake and they open sequentially. It would keep the air speed over the needles more constant overall and double airflow at high rpm.

A couple tips for the exhaust gaskets and gaskets in general for them is exhaust gaskets first if you want to make your own you can buy rolls or sheets of different thickness graphite gasket designed for exhaust gaskets only , I mean you could use them in other places but it’s pointless. Now another tip I use on almost every gasket but definitely every basic paper gasket is before you put it on the first time or after you take it apart and want to put it back together, just take some basic bearing grease on you figures and rub it between you pointer and thumb and then apply it to both sides heavily and go around pinching those fingers onto the gasket and wipe the grease into it and excess off of it. You don’t want a lot or it squeezing out in anyway. You just want it to help the gasket release the next time you take it apart. It doesn’t make it leak or not seal in anyway that I have ever noticed even a tiny bit so the gasket will work completely normal. It only allows it to reals from both sides of whatever it’s on so it doesn’t rip when it’s stuck to the metal. This way you can reuse your gaskets many times over n over.

I played with the air screw a bit off camera and ended up making it worse 😅😅😅😅. I think I'm just going to go with a different carb altogether🎉🎉🎉. I do need to learn more about turning, though 🤔 😅😅.
Use rubber inner tube 1 piece in block & caps cut just up to line on clamps super glue this will help from vibration just as on a car transmission even motorcycle the problem is should be steel and rubber mounts
I just put one of these pipes on my bike. Now I need a new carb or at least some jets because it runs so much richer and the 4 stroking sounds awful coming from this pipe 😢 Also I feel like cars and pedestrians are way more hostile towards me now and somehow seem to either notice me less or are actively trying to kill me...not sure yet
@kingti85 Good luck with the new pipe! Let me know how the jetting goes. If you get a new carb, you still might need to rejet. Yeah, people love it or hate it. No in between 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
That carburetor is waaaay too away from the intake which is already distanced a bit on the cylinder. Try and make it fit underneath the frame and get a different filter that could fit. Better throttle response and in most cases better overall performance.

It was a beautiful day, indeed. I've been having a hard time finding jets for this PZ20. They are very small. So the frame has a small tube, so the CNC mount was too big. I ended going this route. I think I might have found the problem the other day. Where the two CNC pieces bolt together striped the threads. Might just have to get a new mount all together 🎉🎉

Iam in the middle of rebuilding my pexmor 100 cc engine from Amazon I put a clip on wrong last month when built on carburetor slide three weeks later got locked up took entire engine apart got clip out but it damaged cylinder n piston got a hole Soo iam doing all new cylinder and Piston should be done tomorrow or Monday
Yep, those are the same forks I'm running. If I were to do it again, I would get these: Sr Suntour XCM Suspension | 1in | 26in | 100mm Travel | 50mm Threaded | Black From eBay. They have 32 mm steins and are much better made. You can also get threadless in this style too. You would just beed to upgrade your headset to threadless. Hopes this helps 🎉🎉🎉❤❤
Was that max speed? If it is then it’s definitely four stroking. That’s just the main jet. Not sure the size in it now but if you need help figuring it out let me know I will try to help. I’m not the best at carb tuning or anything but I def am getting better and I don’t think your to far off. From this vid def sounds like main jet is problem. With pipes like these they make it run fatter already because of the recirculated air and fuel so it’s def. To rich and need a jet change. Let me know if you need any help with sizing or anything but I’m sure you will and can figure it out either way I just know it’s nice to have someone in the corner helping at times. I think carb is good size and not to big. I do have other questions about the over build of the motor tho. Like reeds and stuff but if you got it then good or if you don’t want help that’s cool too I enjoyed the video and just wanted to reach out since I think it’s important we UA-camr guys all stick together….well at least those of us that are genuinely trying to to put on a good show and that’s not just about views. @1:30 whoa whoa whoa, not balanced from factory. But it says in my Amazon description “balanced crank” are you telling me they are lying to me/us. OMG bro this is bologna. lol I’m dealing with something similar ish with one of my customers bikes. Super stupid problem to have but is what it is I guess right? Cause I am not putting a balanced crank in it. It’s not bad but it definitely vibrates slightly more than others with similar builds done to them.

I think you need to set your airscrew so it doesnt 4-stroke.

Interesting 🤔 👀. I will look into that for sure. I've avoided rubber in the past because many people say it will make the fram vibrate more.
