Was there an audio issue for anyone else at the beginning of this video
Yeah me it is really strange 🤔🤔
I got that as well
I'm getting that right now, I think UA-cam is broken
Yep, my audio is cutting out at about 1:20 and it’s doing it on my iPad and iPhone.
Audio resumes at 2:26
I'm very happy that you destroyed some clay pots with "rupees" in them. It made the little kid in me very happy.
*Fierce deity link* sheds single tear
That part happened as I read this
I want that. Not with an actual blade, but a plastic replica
Ha yeah!
“Smash the clay pot to find the keys, then make your way to the shrine of the silver monkey”
In a few thousands of years, when civilizations have to start all over again, this sword and the Master Sword are definitely going to be looked at as ancient swords used by the Gods
Alan Amadiz and then the people of that time will give these legendary weapons to the strongest and fiercest of knights
Yep
They were tho
It's doubtful they'll still be around; steel doesn't usually last that long without effort.
It's amazing that these guys not only make this wicked sword, but stayed true to the lore by smashing pots with it!
I mean Fierce Diety Link in MM was only available in boss areas and for fishing, which idk if they had pots in.
Imagine in a post-apocalyptic world some survivor comes across Man at Arms' workshop and finds all of these extravagant weapons. O,O
GG😂😂
+hysuka2 A lot of them are not very convenient for a zombie apocalypse, despite looking absolutely beast. Something like the batman claws, on the other hand, Icould go for. But what good would the bloodbourne cleaver or the massive kratos swords be in an apocalypse?
+Ian May Who said anything about zombies?
Mark The Gr8 It doesn't have to be zombies. I'm just talking about how efficient it would be in a situation where you have to defend yourself.
Ian May And you think you can stab through a skull with batman claws to damage the brain? The skull is pretty strong, and it's far easier to deal damage to the brain with blunt force than piercing weapons.
That's of course in the case of zombies, in general protect-yourself situation, blades may be preferable, but considering you're likely to use it more than once, I'd prefer blunt force. Requires no maintenance or sharpening, blunting of the blade is not an issue, requires less skill to use and is always a multi-use tool, which means less weight to carry.
Love how every sword they make is true to every game and cuts like butter.
ClayMoore Not every weapon. For example: the Daedric War Axe. Combining the War Axe for looks and the Battle Axe for length when both have very distinct features and shapes.
Butter doesn't cut very well lol ;)
ClayMoore actually a lot of the builds they make aren’t sharp at all.... they show their builds but cutting things like watermelons but you can easily cut a watermelon with a completely dull knife
u put a 1000 degree metal piece into a hydraulic press and didnt put it in the title or thumbnail.
Impressive

Bruh...!
2017 in a nut shell
From 01:20 to 02:30, the audio is completely lost.

Great job guys, you've really stepped up your game. I think people didn't enjoy the mash-up weapons as much because part of the charm of the series was watching your favourite weapons come to life. Glad you've decided to start doing the weapons as they already were. Awesome sword, looks badass!
I have to disagree. I like the mashups, I just think they would work better with different weapons. To see a weapon come to life that we've all seen hundreds of times is okay. To see a weapon never before created is another entirely.
Jeremy the Graten I like both styles but I'd prefer to see them create the originals first and re-visit them later with a mash-up personally.
Jeremy the Graten I didn't mean the mash-ups were *bad* or anything, they looked great. I just like to see a weapon we've heard of before made into the real thing... more I guess. Oh well, that's just my opinion.
the mash ups were just really hard to get consistant votes for.
Maybe this one will A MASHUP OF ALL THE MASH-UPS SO FAR.
The Monado from Xenoblade Chronicles!
I second that.
fuck YAH!
will my coment be of any help? i really want to see that
Xenoblade!
Now it's Rey... Shulk time !!!
Bad recreation
doesn't shoot magic beams of death
jokes aside, well made sword
I'm pretty sure they'll get arrested
Jokes aside
Awesome comment
Myself Included it’s also not six feet long
@@andrewkentner4731 jokes aside
hey guys you try and make that your self that's really hard to make
@@ninoftheja5153 jokes aside
I really want to learn how to, where do you learn?
Looks like the UA-cam Algoritmonster has devoured about a minute of the audio.
I thought my headphones were bugging out for a moment when that happened.
So its not Just me that had this problem of not hearing anything for a minute.
@@theodreer1356 It's not just you buddy
Takashi Shirogane just watch the video and thought the same thing
This was a cute challenge.
Now go make Soul Calibur.
+Roa Ciel, ロアシエル
which version?
Mikkael365 fiberglassblades.com/Soulcalibur.html
Sweet, Siegfried's wuld be cool, but just looks way too massive
+Roa Ciel, ロアシエル how about you appreciate their work
Or Crescent Rose from RWBY. That's a lot of work for a scythe.
Kind of wish they'd go in - depth with how the swords work in real life. Like how much does the sword weigh? Do the gaps between the blades effect the balance? Stuff like that, you know?
Actualy I aslo would like it. I liked that they imported the zombie head in this new series. You can't compare swords if they both cut with ease through watermellons.
But describing all the swords problems and details which are a lot since the design is from an anme or video game will make the video less awesome.
Hey mom I think I know what I want for Christmas.
Yes!
Yes,
I think we all want two
One for the display case and one for well you know
Ooooh yeah
Could you possibly make the Great Fairy's sword from Zelda Majora's mask? That would be so awesome!! ^ ^.
Laura Davison I've been saying that since before they switched companies... And I said it before reading this... Probly never happen, but that would be great.
Better: Razor blade......
@@jesusadantorresmarquez3089 A sword that would eventually dull out?
@@jesusadantorresmarquez3089 ever better. rusty sword from breath of the wild
Laura Davison agreed
Am I the only one who noticed Man At Arms: REFORGED produce a much higher quality pieces? e.g, less flopping, more attention to details, etc.
no , you noticed right. the old MAA used templates to cut and then polish steel sheets. MAA reforged actually forges and pours their heart and soul into it . i mean have you seen the fucking scissor sword they made this week?
the kill la kill piece was amazing :)
Jon snow's sword was a really good quality sword because that was made in a three core damascus swors which is very beautiful
+Marco Partoredjo true but have you seen the tetsayga
Me too
I want to see Ruby Rose's Crescent Rose from RWBY, in honour of Monty Oum.
YESSS
R.I.P Monty Oum
I asked them to do Myrtenaster but Crescent.... would be so huge O_O
yes pls!!
Gabol Shroud :D
Or really any RWBY Weapons would be badass
OMG YASSSSS Ruby Rose's Crescent Rose would be awesome~~~!!!!!!....Monty will be forever missed ;-;
Wow! That blade is effective! Best combat ready Legend of Zelda blade I've seen so far.
I’m a beginner blacksmith and I’m learning so much just by watching you guys.
So many people sit at home and complain about the new team's builds. Lets see you try to make a simple straight sword, let alone using 2 steels and making a twisted blade.
i don't see much hate since they stopped doing the cross things.
Lemmingcave i enjoy these guys aswell.. but the mix weapons were pretty awful idea imo xD
Comments like yours are truly stupid, we dont have to be able to do what they do to voice an opinion. Do you come out of a bad movie saying "I didn't like that at all but I cant make movies so I shouldn't complain" no you dont, you complain about what you didn't like.
Anyway as has been said the reforged weapons were meh, it's much more interesting seeing them make new weapons instead!
Matt Stagmer haha xD this just made my day xD I ejoyed the build. TBH, at the beginning i didn't much care for the first few builds, but they've gotten just awesome. and are you doing saurons mace? cuz in the intro scene iv been noticing a mace type thing and i think its saurons. am i right? :D
Calling this merely beautiful is quite an understatement. Now for a true challenge....
War's sword from Darksiders
Alpha please. They have done too many amazing weapons, the awesomeness of War's sword would simply shatter their minds.
or guts' sword the dragonslayer from berserk
I'm wondering if it would even be possible to make something that massive
chronoso they already did cloud's buster sword
chronoso Two-handed swords as long as a human is tall have been made. The trick is to make one that's actually usable, rather than a parade piece.
Paul Newman the dragonslayer is significantly larger and thicker than the buster sword
Juliet Fischer pretty sure both of these weapons would be impossible to wield
You all forgot to empower the sword with the power of the fierce deity... rookie mistake smh
Something oddly satisfying about watching 'manly' men make nerdy swords-
This guy has a lot of weapons for zombie apocalypse
They can chop heads off so yeah...
Can you shoot beams if you have full health?
yes, but You need some mana
+Naruto Uzumaki mana...MANA!? ITS MAGIC POWER NOT MANA!!!
Nick Titel magic power= mental power= mana
+Naruto Uzumaki Nintendo is a bit further behind when it comes to magic. Its referred to a magic meter in-game.
The Jam Man ah... ;-;
Make the lynel sword from breath of the wild
Kurul German dude this video is around a year old ask this in newer videos for a chance of it happening
Kenet Fuentes but ask for a savage lynel one
No mighty savage lynel sword
No lwait lynel crusher
That would be awesome
You uhh.. lost a bit of sound, gentlemen
-Dante and/or Virgil's sword from any Devil May Cry game
-Soul Edge or Soul Caliber
These would be really cool to see.
When you say Soul Edge/Calibur, from what game are you talking about? Because Soul Calibur from SC4 would be just brutal to make! But Soul Edge would be easy from any game :D
***** Don't worry there is no sword these people cannot make
Flop Flip I didn't say it would be impossible to make it, it would just take a brutal amount of time and effort in completing it, and still have it combat ready without falling apart. :P
It would be awesome to see it though!
This sword sent shivers down my spine. It just looks so cool!
Christian Pertica ahm
Ba dum tssssssss...
Agreed..
Christian Pertica did it send a shiver down you leg, too?
Imagine walking up to a group of medieval knights with this thing and them thinking you're some God or something.
one of my favourite swords in the whole series. great job-looks awesome
nothing amazes me like the way you do engraving and decoration .pure masterly of art work at its finest
the black sword (Kokutō Yoru) of Dracule Mihawk from One Piece! GO LIKE!
YESSSSS
I've been waiting for that one, yes. lol
spam that comment alot everyone
I'VE BEEN COMMENTING THIS ON LIKE EVERY VIDEO
EVERY BODY like this comment and copy paste it
shulk's monado from xenoblade chronicles
now sure how that would work out
rachetc1 do the closed version :p
rachetc1 of course it works they use metal and i guess it works
now thats a fucking challenge
rachetc1 Make it in its inactive state or use blue coloured metal for the beam. Simple, once you get past the fact that combined with everything else it'll be hell to lift.
Awsome build i love majoras mask and seeing this sword being made irl is just mind blowing
I love the pots full of Rupees in the demo lol
My friend was going to India, and when she went to exchange the Indian guy, goes "You'd like US American for Hyrulean Rupees correct? *I mean Indian Rupees* yes.. India, yes. _Hyrule doesn't exist_ [wink]"
She was so happy to meet a fun Indian nerd, and didn't realize until later she was wearing her triforce shirt lol
So it seems Indian people have a good sense of humor about their -gems- currency.
P.s. don't go smashing pots in the Taj Mahal, you will go to jail... Hyrule isn't real and secretly hiding in India protected by an army of Lionels. ;] It's _juuuust_ India.
And there's so not a portal to termina there ;)
@@Attackontrashcan Nah Termina is in Pakistan.
Alright, here's one for ya:
Axel's Chakrams from Kingdom Hearts!
yes
They would look amazing
yes pls
Yeah or the Oblivion Keyblade.
OMG YESSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!
I'll have to say, these guys have really hit their stride. I'm really enjoying their videos now on how their done and the information behind everything. Cool weapons and great commentary. Just one question, where they're hammering the metal, whats the stuff that comes off of the metal?
iron oxide probably. thats one of the reasons you hammer it, to remove impurities
Its either sparks or part of the metal (i think)
It's called scale and it's the outermost layer of metal that has oxidized due to its high energy from being heated making it very susceptible to bonding with oxygen in the air. Metal does that normally at a much slower rate in ambient temperature.
This is likex the best day. The first video I saw was RWBY Weiss Schnees Rapier, and now Zelda. This is great
You've made the Master Sword, the Double-Helix Sword, now all that's left is THE GREAT FAIRY SWORD!!!
Or the Gilded Sword, or the Kokiri Sword, or the one where you reforge the Kokiri Sword...
Bad Beard Bill razorr sword
what about twilight princess zeldas sword?
Nick Mavrodiev or sword of the six sages
I would rather see the razor sword
scissor blade from kill la kill !
I second this.
That one actually would be cool. I usually scoff at the anime suggestions, too.
I would love it
Yes make that happen!
maybe that´s too difficult as its made by 2 separate swords and the form of them changes but it´ll be cool to see if its posible to do such a madness XD
I'd love to see Shulk's Monado from Xenoblade Chronicles.
Yeee pls :D
***** Come on they did the fierce deity sword now they proved that they can do any shit we ask lol
If possibly plz to everything do it 👷😳
***** and the fierce deity isn't ?
I was talking to a dude and he said the Monado will be shown next year
I want to custom order one of these.
You could if you called them directly.
This brought a smile to my face. Incredible.
I wonder if anyone else would agree to this request, but
Ahrah from Dust: An Elysian Tail
yea, although i have a feeling the bits at the tip would have to be slightly bigger in width to work properly.
+Xavior TheLycan (The Black Hood) I definitely agree
+Xavior TheLycan (The Black Hood) Didn't love the game, but it was easy to grow a soft spot for it. Ahrah is pretty unique looking in addition to being a live sword. I'd love to see him made.
Ive only gained more and more respect for you guys each episode. At first I was very disappointed. However, it really seems like youre listening to us fans. Youve started making more of your things by hand and using more skill and technique, youre making longer videos and giving us better explanations of what youre doing, and youre making some badass things. Youve gained a loyal fan and I will be back each week
I couldn't have said it better myself. While I was very disappointed at first, and Tony will always be my favorite, I do feel like these guys have truly stepped up their game in the last few episodes, and I'll definitely stick around for more.
Bailey Cook I like them but to be a jerk these are pretty old builds. Unless they got the ex fombie go boom member to do episodes. Because he's been gone for a bit. Just like the ironman sword. It was in the preview on the first episode but took awhile to upload it. I'm waiting to see sauron's mace. That I keep seeing. So this is a warning for anyone that complains or wonders why they take awhile to build the one you want.
I don't see why you guys care how they go about doing it so long as as it gets done. Modern technology is modern for a reason, why do you want them to stick with older techniques? It's not a case where the older techniques are better, they were needed because we didn't have as good access to high quality metal then.
I dont think I can actually ask that question. However, I know that being hand made takes a lot of finess and skill, and I want to see that translated to these projects. Not saying that using a machine and then finishing them doesnt, because thats what American Choppers does and such and I love them, but i want to see how truely talented they are. Just like japanese katana makers from hundreds of years ago, those swords were made so well they are still usable today.
TheR3aper5 hey guess what they are still made today the traditional way. They had to be good to make a good sword since the steel was so bad. We don't need to beat the impurities out anymore since there is none in modern steel.
The great fairy sword from Majora's mask! Great job as always 👍
One word; wow... It is truly an AMAZING job!
What do you mean it's not in the original series? Majoras mask isn't a spin off like Hyrule Warriors
Redblue01 they mean that it isnt a major part of the game, more of a little...prize for collecting every mask. They wish it to be an actual part of the game, not something you get right at the very end, and only usable for bosses.
Gavin Peckham Majora’s Mask is an official sequel of Ocarina of time. Not only because of the same engine and models, it’s also explicitly mentioned that after been send back in time in Ocarina Link goes on an adventure to search for Navi. So it is one if not the most confirmable part in the timeline
Gavin Peckham
Ha... linked.
@@guntherfurz8803 that and Zelda 1 to 2
Laszlo Peters whoah wait what
What if they made a three-way combo of the Fierce Deity, The Elucidator, and the Master Sword? Hear me out, the "Fierce Master's Elucidator Sword". How cool would that be?
Francisco Cervantes Agreed, that would be a badass sword.
I jizzed thinking about this godlike idea
Ashitaka Emishi my god .........
Gotta pay my respects to the video that introduced me to one of my favourite channels, and ignited (pun not intended) my fascination with smithing.
Love the work how it came out.
Tony built Frostmourne, you guys should go with The Twin Blades of Azzinoth! (aka, Illidan's weapons.)
now that would be sick!
Agree that it's a great idea, would really like to see that, but it might be a bit to much if they're making them fullsize. Anyway, try to make The Twin Blades of Azzinoth or perhaps also Shadowmourne ( Axe-modell of Frostmourne)^^
Whatever happened to Tony? I miss him.
***** He did season 1, I am guessing he couldn't do season 2 because he was too busy? No-one knows for sure, we all do miss him, but these guys are doing an amazing job at entertain us Men at Arms!
Should do Gannondorf's Sword of the Sages.
Or...
Ike's Ragnell
Marth's Falchion
Robin's Levin Sword
Meta Knight's Galaxia
Pit's Palutena Bow
Shulk's Monado
Someone likes Smash Bros
Falchion was already done, be it awakenings one
monado yes
As much as I would love to see the Monado, I think the technology still has a few decades at the least before it's caught up to the point that we can have a true replica worthy of these guys's time. Although... (Xenoblade Spoiler bellow)
I suppose the Monado III isn't entirely out of the question.
Andyjoe522
In retrospect: Recreating a monado would likely actually not be a job for these guys to take on. However there are replica lightsabers that exist that make that same Energy Sword glowing effect from the star wars movies they could use by taking apart and hiding the beam inside it. (Though the blade will wind up heavy...)
Some of the most skilled work I have ever seen. You guys are awesome
Gorgeous. The ceramic pots & rupees are the perfect test too.
This is.. wow.. So amazing...
Also a request: Please do the Monado from Xenoblade Chronicles
That's an impossible task lol.
The Monado must happen
Rumple Husk Monado Please.
Matt Stagmer maybe make one of Dunbans Katanas then, id love to see Ilya (apoligies if I spelt it wrong) work on one of those, they have very intricate designs, also maybe just as if the Monado didnt have the light blade, just maybe the Monado II's framework might be easier
Now this was cool. This is the first episode in ages I've dropped a like on.
Maybe Ryuko's scissor next?
Edit: And maybe the Phantom Sword from Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass at some point in the distant future.
As awesome as this is, my one nitpick would be that I feel like it’s a bit small. Other than that, a beautiful, clearly functional work of art.
Agreed. It's meant to be a greatsword.
Fierce Deity is so cool, nice job guys
Glad to see you stopped that weapon combo bull shit.
Exactly!
the idea to combine weapons wasnt bad its just everything they decided to combine was stupid for the most part.
im sure ther are some cool combos out there somewhere
Yeah, it's important that these guys do everything exactly like all the other videos of people making weapons. I can't stand it when someone does something different, so the fact that these guys have finally gotten over their "unique snowflake" mentality is a breath of fresh air for me.
It's not the idea of weapon combos that is bad, just the execution of it, like making the claws on the batman gauntlet be shaped like batarangs because normal claws made too much sense.
Do the Levin Sword from Fire Emblem: Awakening.
Yes!
yea
+Jackattack681 YASS
Totally
+Jackattack681 Agreed
The word masterpiece is a under statement of how amazing this is
Hoping you’re all well, Watching you guys over the years has been amazing. You guys are why I even thought about smithing as a hobby. Sticking with the Zelda theme, I was curious if the Razor or Gilded swords would be possible forges. The Razor sword is one of my favorite designs for a sword in Zelda, and the Gilded sword is truly just a neat sword, and I thought if any group of smiths can do it, you guys could.
For the love of God..GILDED SWORD - MAJORA'S MASK
The fierce deity sure whichever helps
The fierce deity ganon is better than you And i have light arrows just in case you want to kill me
This show is getting better and better as it goes. Doing non merged weapons seems to help how the video does.
Why does the audio cut out for a minute?
That One Fool weird I got that too. Maybe something happened to the video recently somehow?
Thononian got it too
Itll be cool if you did the royal guard/ royal weapon set. I wanna see the Halberd and Heavy kind specifically
The Manando? (XenoBlade)
Marceline's Axe Bass? (Adventure Time)
Galaxia? Pretty please? (Kirby)
The Dark Blade? (Kingdom Hearts)
Saubi Maru? (Bleach)
Anything from Skyrim? (For starters the elven blade looks cool)
ELVEN BLADE NOOOOOOW!!!!
yeah galaxia kirby
Joey Hall Thanx
Joey Hall I honestly don't care about Grammar Nazis...unless my screwed up grammar is their entire counterargument against me. (And only one thing is off)
Joey Hall too* XD
Wonderful! I was skeptical of this team when they first started (especially with that Pony Chamfron), but now it seems they are really listening to the fans and giving us some awesome, high-quality work that we come to see on Man at Arms! Great work and I can't wait to see what you do next!!
P.S. it's about time you finish what the last crew started and do the Dark Repulser from Sword Art Online :P
yes they need to make the dark repulser to finish off kiritos set of blades
The pot filled with rupees actually made my day lol
Would love to see the razor sword from Majora's Mask. Also the knife that Aragorn uses (from the elves). You guys rock!!!
*Ike's Ragnell* from Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn, Path of Radiance and Smash bros
Yes!
yes please
Could you try Kenpachi Zaraki's blade from Bleach? I think it'd be interesting to see you guys try and get the damaged look of it while still having it be a functional sword.
The first blade or when he was in bankai ?
He never was on Bankai... yet.
In the manga he was wasn't he?
He hasn't had Bankai yet, just Shikai, and his Shikai is that massive axe. And no, I referenced the extensively damaged appearance, I'm thinking just normal unreleased state.
It been even better if they did tensa zangetsu or the new zangetsu
Ilya being mostly self-taught is a genius when it comes to working the steel and forging. Let's not forget Matt or Sam who are great black Smith's who do a great work also kudos to these guys for making beautiful things always remember art should hurt!!!
Geezus! I think that sword has to be the fast weapon they've ever made!
Tony built the Kingdom Key, you guys should make a different variant of the Keyblade. The Oblivion would be amazing, and easier to make into an actual blade with the blunt side.
Why not oblivion with oathkeeper?
Darkion Because that would take forever! Although I would love to see both....
personally I'd love to see Two Become One!
Umtima weapon everyone gets what they want
Montrevius Whitfield Yes.
Something from Monster Hunter! Would love to see something from that series, has tons of weapons to pick from!
So true
Rathalos Great sword perhaps?
A S&S, or a Dual would be nice to see, since other weapons are oversized and would be a pain to make, and to wield at the end.
Twin Flames, or Corona would be my sugestions
Aidan Webb the Devastator Blade!!
Any switch axe would be cool, doesnt matter if it doesnt transform

DEVIL MAY CRY FTW =D
All three of Roronoa Zoro's Katana, Finn's Grass Sword, Alice's Vorpal Blade and finally Rin Okumura's Kurikara
I too want to see the Kurikara.
Kiribachi so much more needed.
*yawn* Katana , katana, katana, green katana shaped saber, etched kitchen knife and a katana... wow amazing. weeaboo
***** Ain't my fault katanas and big-ass kitchen knives are awesome
***** with zoro they'll use all three at once
I would love to see the making of the HF Murasama Blade used by Jetstream Sam - from the game Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.
WOOOOOOW!! AMAZING WORK!
I really like this format! Explanations using various base concepts and utilities to create a sword, not to mention explaining why certain parts need extreme care and attention and what exactly happens if a mistake was made. Makes me realize just how much work goes into making any blade or material. Great tie-in with the zen philosophy. It'd be interesting to see more uses of philosophy and how that dictates or happens to tie in with the weapon's construction or representation.
I also like the real-time narration alternating with the recorded narration during the processing.
I like how you guys are not making weapon mashups anymore and sticking to what we like. Keep up the good work!
Pearl's spear from Steven Universe! Awesome work guys, keep it up!
You smashing those pots actually reminded me that I need to water my plants. Thanks guys!
Mihawk's Sword from One Piece. The Black Blade Yoru.
Yoru or Kikoku (Law's sword) would both be excellent builds.
I love zombiegoboom but how on earth is Charles here I thought he was fired like 2 months ago impossible he can not return how ummm ima go check
God Thief Zelnite "Merry Christmas"
you realize these are made anywhere f4rom several weeks to several months ago right? Most likely they get done with the whole seasons worth of blades. Then since they release them once a week they probably see which comments for blades are the highest on the previous video(s) then create a new blade in that week. So essentially they finish a whole seasons worth of blades by the time the current season ends
i thought the same thing!
Maybe you guys should make the Iron man's helmet, Plz
You know, I've been harping on you guys all season because of the poor writing, but damn. Credit where credit is due, you guys rocked this episode! There were some parts in the beginning that were awkward and mechanical, but after that you guys did awesome. Keep this up, dudes! And keep churning out these superb weapons!
Matt Stagmer
Kind of same here, I never liked the wild mashups, but the last few episodes have been great!
I think the entertainment value lies in seeing you guys make real versions of imaginary weapons that we have some sort of emotional connection to, that connection isn't there in the mashups.
Keep up the good work!
Matt Stagmer i dont want to sound like im ragging on you about this build.. im merely interested.
1. why didnt you decide to create two swords each with a curve and then bring them together later in the process, thus meaning you could perfect the shape a little easier for each blade before forging them together?
2. how difficult would it be to essentially "melt" the two blades into each other (by creating two slots 1/2 the width, when you put them together the blades would be flush on both sides.
3. some parts of the blade appear to not look as finished as others (close to the hilt and the middle join). Was this because it was just so difficult to create a finish with two materials made out of different metals, difficult to correct at later stages, time or other issues (it stands out more for us zelda fans that are staring at a 10minute video for over an hour...)
4. the guard should have had a sort of "C" shape section colored in the blue.. you missed that out!
5. I understand the choice of the hilt but I really like that edged design on the original!
I have to agree with the other guy, I didnt like this series as much in the beginning but you guys have really stood out with the recent builds, I am loving these builds now, they are truly works of art, all of them!
Well done!
Made it look easy
I'm curious why they do not hold the pommel with the bottom hand in the demonstration. Usually it gives the wielder better control. Perhaps the weapon is too heavy for that? (Also, nice cuts!)
Zabuza's sword!
FUCK YEAH!!!
OMG i love the idea !!
yes, please
Or Samehada
Holy shit!
Shulk's Monado from Xenoblade Chronicles!
YEESSs
Yeeeeessssssss ITS RAYN TYME!!!! XD
I'M REALLY FEELING IT!
"So we forged the laser out of a simple hard light construct"
Hell yeah!
Thank you, reccomend😁. I wonder if they tried making Demise's Sword. Gotta check a few years back.
I love how they make an older game with blocky graphics look awesome
Do Shovel Knight's Shovel!
The ultimate combination of Weaponry and Utility!
But it's so simple
Tingle The fairy It's a Shovel used to slay Dragons and Gryphons alike.
It's a Shovel that stands for Truth, Justice and Shovelry!
Humble though it may be, do not take it for the mere gardening implement from which it stems.
Also, combat shovels are awesome. :D
Xien Tau I know and I love Shovel Knight but I feel like there are other blades that should be made first such as the Monado
Tingle The fairy The Monado would be cool, but I'll stick with my choice; Shovel Kniight's shovel. The simplicity means they will be done quickly and can then move to other Projects. ;)
what about a crossover with shovel knight's shovel and something else?
Saber's Excalibur from Fate stay night! Either that or Archer's Kansho and Byakuya twin daggers please!!
xlRainlx
It would definitely be up there with one of the show's most majestic swords ever made!
totally
5:12 when you expect Illya to make some insightful comment, then it all comes to it being a magic sword
Hey guys I love the work that you've been doing and I hope to see more of your masterpieces, so if it isn't any trouble I was hoping you guys could forge the dragon sword from the anime "Tenjou Tenge"
