The bank has opened a fake bank account to proceed the process of corruption in the name institution without given any information to the head of college... And the FIR was lodged without any formal inquiry...
So Can I claimed the private Bank and its officials in case of defamation?

Defamation is to be filed against whom who has defame any one through electronic media or Print media ..
If any one has registered the case and finally he has been aquitted then that person may file the suit for malicious prosecution case against that complainant
