You mean a Massachusetts with an underwater citadel and thicc belt eith 16" guns that completely negate your plating and citadel and from that range your armor belt aswell

He could have easily tried to kite away and spam HE or drive by and fire AP into his broadside, both better options than your game being “hey, I rammed a guy”. Kind of a waste of time tbh
If you are 2v1 at the end of the game and the second one is about to be destroyed you acm ram to win the match but in this situation it isn't useful to ram
@@G19Jeeper well if you are getting hit from multiple enemies, your guns can only do so much. If you have let’s say 24000 hp left and you ram someone, you just did 24000 damage without firing a shot. If you play it right you can get a kill off the guy you ram also

I’ve won multiple games by ramming my low health ship into a full health enemy while also shooting another enemy ship so that you kill two birds with one stone if you’re gonna die anyway. I’ve swung games in my favor like that more than once. That said, a lot of people use it as a crutch for lack of skill I.e. can’t do drivebys so they ram or they don’t know how to effectively aim and give up way too early so they ram.
