Glad to hear it! The little silver thing is a “Ronstan SHOCK™ sheaveless block”. To get more play, I now use a soft shackle affixed to the boom (Size: 3.0x60x20mm www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08MJLSW2B ) and run the outhaul through the clew with a small bowline tied in the end that stays in. The clew is smooth enough such that the sheaveless block is not really needed and it was easier to fasten the soft shackle for me this way. For clarity, the outhaul exits the boom and turns up around the block in the boom (port side), goes through the clew grommet and back to a soft shackle affixed to the other side of the trailing end of the boom.
The GNAV is installed correctly as shown in the video. The manufacturer's own video shows it the same way. ua-cam.com/video/BdogJjXHcm0/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared&t=451
Where can I buy a star grip? Or can you send a link for 3D printing file?
I found this really helpful. Thank you! What’s that little metal thing on your outhaul called?

The Toggle for gnat vang is backwards. The flat part goes on the bottom and the 45 angle on top.

You installed the spreaders wrong green is starboard and red is port.
You’re absolutely correct. We swapped the sides by accident. Spreader with red detail should be on the port side. Nice attention to detail!
@SailZing what tuning guide are you referring to? melges or from sail maker? thx
