From dirt floor poor to soon I will soar ! I’m on my way up . I came to 10X2 with an executive ticket with my now Ex employer who after we attended hated Uncle G (actually himself) to after losing my job with that company to raising the funds to come be in Miami with a VIP ticket for GC3 and started my own company earlier this year and recently purchased my Premier ticket for 10X GC4 in Vegas and I keep getting closer to the man who made it possible to see the potential God placed in me . Who here has investing with Cardone Capital? I have some questions as I am interested in investing.
1) When Grant closes an equity fund do the rents still get paid to investors etc?
2) When you sign up and invest what are the management fees e.t.c?
3) What information is given to investors e.g. do they tell you if the collect rents by checks or online, do they put each property in a separate LLC e.t.c?

I WAS TAUGHT TO SAVE FOOD, GRANT! I hate it! I hate that I find myself passing this mentality on to my family!!! Needed to hear this again this morning as a reminder (heard you say it the first time and reverted) I stop today. 10x on the TRASH CAN baby. 10x on EARNING.
You shouldn’t disregard saving. One of Grant’s lessons in a previous video is about saving up money to a specific goal for the purpose of investment. The issue is saving without purpose, but the winning strategy is instead to save strategically. Take the food example in this case: you save what you don’t eat today so that you can eat tomorrow without having to worry about cooking, buying the food, whatever. You’re essentially saving time and energy as the food is already ready the next day. If you 10x the trash can, you’ll find yourself spending more time and money buying/cooking food since you throw everything out - doesn’t make sense. The biggest rules are 1. Don’t waste time 2. Don’t lose money. Furthermore, don’t ever throw out food. Count your blessings. There are countless humans dying per day due to malnutrition, and “10xing the trash can” because you are placing conditions on your personal success (conditions such as the lessons you were taught) is essentially a slap to the face to those people. Your success has to be unconditional, able to adapt to any circumstance as well as having no ceiling - this is 10x.

Own your home and stop paying someone else mortgage.
Not necessarily
It's way more complex than this.
Why would you do that you would have to pay your mortgage rates , why not rent and while making re-occuring cash flow ( bread ) store the money keep working and stay broke store money for 5-8 years. Increase your re-occuring income is a must . I'm going to become a millionaire in 2 years time from today.
Anyway at least rent while your making a lot of sales and store the money , money's like energy bro store the energy your collecting and create new brilliant ideas , platforms even services ... Via reinvesting that stored energy ...( Cash) into something that will give you a healthy ROI. And the best way to connect with new customers isn't tools or technology as such as apps , but yourself and s phone and laptop. I been hitting the phones for years Grant Cardone is my favorite salesmen of all time. It's so direct, which works well for targeting the construction companies with digital marketing the tradies ect
