Your Focus Equals Your Reality

Has someone ever pointed out a specific make and model of a car to you? One that maybe you hadn’t paid attention to much, but as they were pointed out to you, you started to notice them more and more? Your mind is the same way. The majority of what you think about and do will become your reality. It is your focus. If you are not doing and thinking about what you want to be doing, it is time to make a change and switch your focus.
Energy Levels
A lot of what you end up focusing on depends often on your energy levels. When you are feeling good and have a lot of energy and passion, your energy levels are much higher and are noticed by people with similar energy levels. When you are feeling down and energy is low, you will attract those to you that share the same view.
Focus On What You Can Control
You can only control you and your situation. Period. With that being said, controlling you is one heck of a job. As you really start to become consciously aware of your energy levels and the people that you are attracting to you, you can start to control your life. By this I mean that you can change your own energy levels to attract certain people into your life. Focusing on what you can control will often lead to the results you are seeking.
Entrepreneurship & Confidence
Being an entrepreneur, a true entrepreneur, can be a very scary thing. Paychecks may not be stable, building up a client list and strong target market can be shaky, and the amount of unknowns can be enough for a mental breakdown. However, while all of that may be going on, how you choose to act and think about yourself and the company you are building can change the outcome tremendously.
Your confidence level combined with the energy and passion of the mission of your company can lead you through dark times and towards the light. It is what you focus on, in your mind, and how you choose to portray yourself and your brand that will determine your success.
True words my dude! The new economy requires a new level of thought and a action plan on steroids. I started my publishing company with less than $250 and that company supports me ...quite well.

Grant, your message is GREAT. Do everyone a favor.. if the technology does not work (your Chrome cast), let it go... focus on your message. It was distracting to see your frustration when your messages is always the most important.

I disagree. GC maintained a great, professional demeanor.
I would have canned everyone after that fiasco. I've got a STEM background (computer science) and I got the distinct feeling that the presentation that was supposed to be consistent on the monitor was purposely being sabotaged by a crewmember with a bad attitude.
It was not even video on the monitor, it was STATIC, FIXED IMAGES. If people knew how easy it was at that time to display a sequence of fixed images on a monitor, they'd say "someone is PURPOSELY SABOTAGING that monitor's display"
Grant did a great job to not lose it. I would have fired the freaking crew.

Wow. It is so good to see this video. I started following grant after he moved to Florida and had his own studio set up ( with the video genius!) and it is a much bigger set up than this. To see grant do videos in this studio to what he is doing now is just inspirational and highly motivational! Keep killing it Uncle G!

Is a real estate professional important? do you find a realtor in every market you want to buy?
It always comes down to working off your idea though. What if you literally don't have an idea? Not a single clue what to do? Then every bit of info you and everyone else ever harps about is useless.
so take responsibility and come up with an idea... even its a crappy idea work on it and see what happens.... this is spoken like someone who just wants someone to hand them everything and not have to think or work hard or actually try. GO online and find something to sell..... an idea is easy, you dont have to re create the wheel
