The 20% ATK and 24% CDMG works with non Natlan characters aswell but only for 6 secs, Dehya's burst last for 7 so "kinda" works and is probably better than Blackcliff Slasher, not saying is worth pulling just for Dehya, but if you plain to pull Mavuika + weapon you can use it on her.

I checked out mavuika weapon for my deyha but its natlan special weapon useless 👀 for my need black slasher it is 😅
