Ser Davos, from the first season to the last, he was a straight man, fair and loyal,
Again there is little video on this important character on youtube, that's why I tried to value him in this video quite short but I hope you will like it ;)
SONG: • Video
Such a great character he was. Was loyal and never been betrayer.
Stannis showed him loyality
Technically he betrayed Stannis when he freed Gendry.
Mike G he was loyal but he was no monster
@@chillissajoke2729 I agree with that. But that's a main theme of the show. How far does one's loyalty go? When does their own morality or desires take over?
And he survived!!!
Davos : I'm a bad fighter - survived 7 seasons
Sam : I don't know how to fight - survived 8 seasons
Oberyn : Today it's not the day I die - the day he died
Point taken
*Plot Armor*
fucking oberyn I liked him and i cant forget that moment how badassly he fought mountain
@ToXiCcLoNe 999استنساخ He was not in season 1 but season 2-8
Oberyn was way to cocky
Jon and Davos was a fucking good duo. It’s sad that Jon isn’t saying goodbye to Davos. Davos was a good person who served Jon well, he was always there for him, even during Jon’s resurrection. Davos encouraged Jon to do what he thought was the right thing. I was hoping it would become Jon’s hand. It’s an underrated character.
I'd go so far as to say he became a sort of father figure to him.
He might have said goodbye off screen like many other things in this show😑
The duo Davos/Stannis was good too.
Jon never even got to say goodbye to him
James Farrell why ?
If someone hates him, I'm losing faith in humanity
Agreed. If you dislike Davos then you've basically failed as a person.
I do but only because I’m envious of him I wish i was like him
@@rokkfel4999 You can try be your best version and taking him as a reference. Don't need to compare to him. You'll learn from your mistakes as long as you're focused and become better and better in that path. Maybe you have more potential that you can imagine right now.
hate him
Probably one of the very few besides Sandor who wasn't completely full of shit. Old men rule!
Don't forget Selmy and the Blackfish!
*Ser Jorah Mormont would like to know your location*
Davos surviving the game of thrones was one of the only good things to come out of the last episode
Gendry and samwell tarly too
Honestly he should have been the one who camera followed during the destruction of capital city. It was obvious they wouldn't kill off Arya, so audience would have been more invested in what was happening, also he grew up there, so seeing his childhood home destroyed would also make for a scary experience.
@@abhishekdubey4807 and tyrion and tormund as well
@@cristinademartini6653 don’t forget Podrick.
@@PolymurExcel yeah, also him.
No one deservers Ser Davos Seaworth
Stannis does. Stannis and Davos are best bros.
If everyone had a Ser Davos in their corner, the world would be a much better place.
@Deathcoldan nah stannis is lame
You mean Arya?
The 'I loved that girl like she was my own' will always haunt me and give me the chills.
I want him to go home to his wife and young sons. I want him to die peacefully of old age.
Shame they never included them, only his one son.
@@henrybinder7264 he just kind of forgot he had a wife
Like the ending Maximus got (Gladiator) in his "heaven"
@@Inwestros while ser davos kinda forgot he had a family and a son and tyrion killed his son
There's just something about the way he yells "Follow!"
I'd follow Davos into battle any day, despite having no combat experience.
I detest social hierarchies, but I'd follow the Onion Knight to the jaws of the Seven Hells themselves.
When he yells “prepare to charge” in the battle of the bastards I was ready to go follow as well
We'd fit right in under his command, sharing his lack of combat ability
He admitted as such at 0:14
Still, I'd follow him 🫡
I just love how he become the man who always had Jons back.
Same here Every since He met John He got to know him had always had his back.
My heroes: Ser Jorah and Ser Davos
And Sir Beraston Selmey 💖
And Beric Dondarrion
Bro is shooting straight facts
Don't forget Pod
Liam Cunningham is one of those actors who never gets the real recognition he deserves, and yet that just fine in the sense that makes him even more special.
Can I just say, as someone from north east England, this is the most immaculate Northumbrian accent even performed by a non-native speaker. Eight seasons and I don't remember him slipping once. He's from Northern Ireland I believe, but if I met him in a pub talking like this, I wouldn't question it. And I have a bloody good ear for accents, especially local ones. Bravo.
He's from Dublin.
@@ConorMaguire-wl6vk I know. It's a very impressive accent.
Is that the accent he’s using?
Our accent is extremely hard to do. Just watch Vera, and you will see that.... Davos absolutely nailed it
Omg here I was gushing over Ser Davos as I had a dream about him it’s 5am( adored his character) , and here I am pissing myself laughing at 2:11😂😂😂😂😂
The Hound and Ser Davos... The only ones who remained true to their character till the end
I was so afraid he was going to die😭 so happy he survived👌👍
"she was good, she was kind and you killed her!" I felt that 😞💔
This edit was perfectly layered... Fitting for the Legendary Onion Knight
Probably one of the most morally just characters of the entire series
Ser davos, the warrior of the seven kingdoms
Daantjexd77 May have not been the best fighter but was brave in his own way! Ser Davos was an honourable man!
Ser Davos is the living embodiement of the Father.
Davos was one of the few truly good men who managed to survive but not without his share of hardship. He was loyal almost to a fault, he was pragmatic and he was the most honorable smuggler turned nobleman the 7 kingdoms ever knew.
Can we all appreciate that the second the whitewalkers army was down, my man Davos was already focused on his main goal: killing the red priestess.
Legendary dude, he always kept his priorities straight.
He just nailed it. One of the best characters and his performance was top notch.
KingFireMan that was really great to see a GoT character portrayed in the ways you edited loved it bye 4 now
thank you so much man ;) it's please me
Most loyal one in the whole series ...his love for the girl😍
Amazing video
I almost started crying. This is a great video. Davos is easily my favorite character.
He's too good to be in a world like that.
Ser Davos was my fav character in the whole of GOT. Not a main character, but morally one of, if not the best in my opinion.
It didn't matter where he came from, he always did what was right and tried his very best to make others see what was right for the greater good.
Great tribute to good ol Ser Davos. Together with Arya he ranged among my all time favorite GoT characters and I am so glad that both of them survived. The unspeakably horrific murder of Shireen broke my heart.
Yyyyaaaaaaaaaaaassssssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Been waiting for someone to do a video on the onion knight to me he was one of the only just and true characters throughout the entire show along with Stannis Jon and Varys (and some others) no matter what happened even under the pain of death torture or failure he stuck to his beliefs and principles he was an old man tired of war and death but still eased through them both because it was the right thing to do and it was his duty and when the war was finally over he was allowed to rest after advising many Kings and surviving the bloodiest if battles he was finally allowed peace
The man who created this video should director of the Game of Thrones before the kill it with the last season
Westeros didn’t deserve Ser Davos. He and Podrick are the two characters who basically never did a bad thing in their life.
the onion with a heart
i swear, he was the only one who tried everything
Ser Davos’ kindness gives me strength for real life.
Davos should be lord of Storm's End to have been loyal to the one true king Stannis the Mannis. Davos will be a good lord with his wife as lady. And Gendry should be king of the Seven Kingdom because he is the nephew of Stannis.
"You're talkin' to the one true king boy." Davos was a great sidekick to Stannis. Stannis was the best; or would've been, if he wasn't led astray by the bad Light Workers.
@@neilsun2521 yeah ;) and i also love the quote of Davos about stannis when he talk with his son : "you want to me have a god ! Fine ! King Stannis is my god !" Davos is true badass character
I think maybe Dragonstone for Davos. It may not be the happiest place for him but Stannis was Lord of Dragonstone. I do like Storm's End for him as well, because it's where he got his knighthood, but I don't think he'd like all the responsibility that comes with Storm's End, or the idea of laying claim to the Baratheon's ancestral home.
One of the best characters on the show, portrayed by Liam Cunningham. Brilliant
One of, if not my top one favorite character.
This was really emotional, great tribute 💙
Ser Davos, Jon Snow, Tyrion Lannister, and Sandor Clegane.
Good people!!
What a good heart he have , he loves stanice's daughter more than stanice himself , i love this character ❤
Ser Davos to Princess Sheeren : When the battles comes, promise you protect me. How sweet :')
This is one of my favourite characters. So glad he survived
The most noble of all.
The best character development in this entire series
In a show with very few characters that I found genuinely likable, he was my favourite by far. I'm really glad I didn't have to say goodbye to him before the very end.
Thanks for doing this. I love Sir Davos.
Thank you for making this. Davos is my favorite character in this show and this is an excellent tribute to him. If you could find a song with lyrics to make a music video for him as well, I'll hit you up with a sub.
Great character, the warrior of the 7 kingdoms
that scene cut from "following me" to "follow" stil give me shivers, everytime.
2:24 gives me goosebumps everytime...
Such a gem he is ....
for me, davos is the protagonist all through the show. his arc is the best. he always took the side of who was right and better for the realm, from stannis, to john. The only 2 people who really deserved the thrones and worked for the realm. Varys was always moving pieces to keep the peace, he even said it to daenerys, he spent decades on the streets and goes on a tangent about how the rulers don't care about the peasants. davos from a smuggler to a lord with the diplomacy of a man who always wants the right thing
"You want me have a god? Fine, Stannis is my God. He raised me up and blessed me with his trust"
Ser Davos Seaworth
Thank you, Ser! A worthy tribute for a great character.
Pure Gold here 👍 Well done 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
This is beautiful!!! A great tribute to one of my favorite characters!
Ser Davos is one of my favorite characters in game of thrones aside from Podrick/Ser Jorah/Samwell Tarley/Tyrion Lanister/Bronn and Ser Barisstan.
i wish we could saw more of him in the series! good character
He was common folk that was given the title of ser, but he was loyal than most
A rare but happy instance of a good man surviving this terrible world
My favorite character in GoT, a good man.
Ser Davos of house Seaworth, first of his name............... noble blood or not, he was respected by all and would have made probably the best king of them all. And a hell of a salesman. He got the little bear to join Jon's cause, got the iron bank to fund Stannis,. .......... and I was all ready to buy fermented crab from him until the gold cloaks showed up and ruined it :)
You need a compilation of Devos selling Stannis as king along with the rest of his quotes
the greatest hype man ever
*DAVOS* : please make wise decision.
One of my favorite characters ❤️
GO GO GO FOLLOW YOUR COMMANDER ⚔️🖤
He was a good and decent man, and one of my two favourites who made it to the end and the writers failed to ruin, Davos and Tormund.
I kinda agree and disagree, neither was ruined becuase they were barely used. Tormund was only there for comic value, oh and to explain jon's ending. Jon should have confided his true parentage to Davos - before anyone else. It annoyed me that he didn't tell him, it didn't make sense.
They didn't include his classic line "Don't mind me, all i've ever done is live to a ripe old age."
One of my favorite characters in got show series
Absolutely love this man. Lovely video as well.
Sandor clegane and ser davos are most underrated got characters
Fav character probably
Great vid.
The fact he smuggled onions always cracks me up 😂
I need loyal people like him in my life ❤ he was never a betrayer still remember when i had a tootache and watching GOt and his scenes distracted me from toothach.
I saw him today in Dublin pub, he looked exactly the same!
Sir Davos:- The man of loyalty
My favorite of all GoT & its conscience.
The old man and the sea
The Jimminy Cricket of GoT
Best Duo of game of thrones -
Sir Davos and Jon Snow
Tyrio Lannister and Bronn
Danerys Targeryen and Jorah Mormont
All of you should see first Knight, he was also a commander there, had few lines like wait wait now! And follow follow! Also that 1st mate who betrayed theon was also there,.. good movie
But I failed (Jon looking defeated)
Good. Now go out and fail again. (Davos)
My man Davos....
A good man. Loyal man.
The hand of the king we deserved.
The two characters I loved the most were Davos and Cersei.
Really nice, good job.
thank you :D
Sir Davos is one of my favorite characters in Game of Thrones ❤
Such a great character in the books
stop making me cry
Ser Davos, you are one loyal man. a just man
Snow is everyone's favorite. So is Tyrion. Even the later Jaime & Sandor. But I found Ser Davos Seaworth as possibly the best. He came across as perhaps being the embodied CONSCIENCE within & of the series. Long Live the Jiminy Cricket of GoT.
Great Video. My favorites:
Ser Davos
Brienne
Oberyn
my favorite
Tbh my fav character
One and Only To Survive the Wildfire
❤️
The man who should have been king.
I always loved him... Irish davos 🖤
i love hin because he was always loyal to his good prineples
CHILLS !
Game of Thrones was riddled with the corpses of good men who paid the price. Davos is the only man who never betrayed his principles who survived.* I don't know what it says exactly, except Davos is obviously the man if he could play the Game of Thrones for 7 seasons and never step away from his morals and keep his head.
*Jon doesn't count. His noble intentions led directly to his being murdered by his own men.
davon was the only one who did no wrong even the most honorable jon snow and ned stark did wrong. But davos was completely loyal and innocent.
